Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the vacuum I love this vacuum. It has drastically decreased my cleaning time, and pick up the dirt and pet hair that the broom just spread around. The only issue I have with this vacuum is that it gets "stuck" in a star patterned rug that is in the middle of the living room floor. It will spend half an hour trying to get inside the circle that holds the star (and will error stuck on a cliff), or will make it in and can't get out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE I was skeptical. I've got 3 dogs (one a Golden Retriever) a cat and a bird. As you know, pets shed badly and the bird is a hot mess. Debree, hair, dirt EVERYWHERE! I'm also a foster parent and children coming and going all the time. My Rumba cleans better than I do! It's so nice to have one less chore that I have to worry about. LOVE IT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why did I wait so long?! I bought a cheaper brand first- waste of money. Spent a little more but you clearly get what you pay for. I bought the 960 and will never look back! It is so powerful (not sure pro or con) that it got stuck under my couch and worked its way out but left a very deep scratch on the top of the Roomba. Bummer since it was only second day of ownership. Still runs like a champ only cosmetic damage. Still debating on talking to customer service about it- just don't know if I can go a day without it! I also purchased the iRobot mop and it is a dream as well! I have laminate flooring throughout and 2 cats and 4 dogs- one being a German Shepherd- heavy shedder. I was afraid my Roomba would quit and walk out on me when I brought it home. Lots of pet hair, dust and whatever else accumulates in a house of 2 teenage boys with a single mom that's working most of the time. I get so excited when I get a notification on my phone that Roomba has completed a job because I know I am coming home to clean floors! I have a home about 2800 sf, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, living area, kitchen- it all gets cleaned. If you are on the fence about buying a 960, don't be- just do it and you will never regret it!! Thank you iRobot for helping me with my housework!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The pie purchase the 860 Roomba about a year ago. I love it I bought a different brand at first it was a nightmare. It got stuck everywhere. I absolutely love this model the 860 Roomba it's amazing how it just rolls over in the area rug even if the corner folds up it doesn't get stuck
