Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I loved the thought of this vacuum helping me clean, but once I started using it I noticed it seem to bump into items, and it wouldn't charge. I had to return it , QVC was awesome about the return and very understanding, I am still awaiting the item to get back to the warehouse and my monies returned but I don't foresee a problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE my iRobot Roomba “Rosie” I will never be without an iRobot Roomba.....ever....I LOVE - LOVE - LOVE my iRobot, I call her “Rosie!” Rosie cleans my small home everyday at 9am, and I have not personally vacuumed my home since I purchased her in December. I have 4 cats and it is wonderful to always have the house clean and no cat hair. Rosie goes under chairs, beds, and around things just fine. It did take some time for me to get used to Rosie, I wanted to be in charge and micromanage her because of the way she roams the house is not how I would vacuume my home. I gave up and decided to just watch her and let her do her thing and she gets the job done just fine. It’s also nice if I want Rosie to vacuume again later in the day I can start the cleaning process on my iPhone or ask Alexa to start Rosie for me. If you are on the fence about purchasing an iRobot Roomba, do not hesitate to purchase you will not be sorry. My iRobot Roomba “Rosie” is an unbelievable product. If I could I would rate this product a 10!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from roomba 690 I bought my roomba several months ago, and absolutely love it. It goes throughout the rooms in my house methodically, and docks when she is finished cleaning. I have 4 cats so I usually have her clean daily, and every day the bin gets full of household dirt and hair. I will never be able to do without a roomba, am sold!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Sensitive Only used this iRobot Roomba 690, 5 times and it stopped working. It says, error 6, move me to another location, I have cleaned it, over and over. I have moved it many times, it doesn't want to work on a dark surface, Roomba headquarters says. QVC did not say that in their ad. QVC, did not says it was so sensitive, it would stop working. If you look on line for help, many people complain about error 6. I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and husband. It cost to much money for it to stop working. Now, my husband is very upset, I spent over $300.00 for it and cannot return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I've been using the Roomba for about 2 weeks now and I must say it really does work and helps me through out the week when no one is home keep the floor clean. It does great picking up my dogs hair and crumbs the kids drop on the floor around the kitchen area.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not For My Family I found the Roomba to be more trouble than it's worth. It kept getting stuck, wasn't efficient in cleaning & thed compartment filled waaaaay to quickly!!! The idea was that it was suppose to help.......I didn't find it to be!!! Gladly returned it!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Check Out The 960 Before You Buy The 690 I purchased this model and did not know that it does not have the navigation feature. You really need the navigation feature unless you live in a one bedroom apartment or a very small house. This Roomba will clean for about 50 mins then goes back to docking station to recharge. Once charge is complete, it doesn't go back out on its own to finish the job, you have to start the Roomba, which you can do from your app if you are not home. However, since there is not a navigation feature, it may go back out and clean the areas it has already cleaned. After the test runs I did (4 in one day), this Roomba cleans the same area over and over. To help with this problem, you will need to shut some doors to close off certain areas and let it clean one part of your house, then on the second run open doors and manually put Roomba in another area of your house to start next cleaning. Moving the Roomba to different areas will help to get all of your house cleaned, but doing all this can be a pain. It is good for picking up pet hair and this model is not so loud. The 960 model is more expensive, but seems like it would be a great investment. Wish I had been able to read a review about this model not having navigation...would not have made this purchase. I love QVC, but feel they should have been more specific in description of this model. This large purchase was a huge disappointment and bad decision on my part. I should have called IRobot Roomba directly before I placed my order.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from problem maker this machine decides on its own when it will work and when it will not. Sometimes it might be 2 or 3 am. It had a real problem going over hardwood onto rugs and dropping whatever contents it had, regardless if totally cleaned before use. Very disappointed. My bother has a different model and has not experienced any of these problems
