Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is amazing We call him Critter and he does an amazing job. We have a large, open floor plan with white ceramic tile in the main part of the house and I use it most evenings after dinner in the kitchen/dining areas with the Swiffer premoistened pads and the floors look great. We like to cook and host dinner parties and the white tile shows everything. It gets anyhting that is dropped around the stove and sink as well as maneuvering around the table and chairs. It is able to get under the end and sofa tables and several other pieces of furniture in the living room. We have hard wood floors in the bedrooms and den and I use the Bona brand pads on those floors (I have to cut them a bit to fit) and Critter is able to get completely under the beds and it is surprising how fast dust accumulates there and on the closet floors. I feel it does a better job at getting under and behind things on a regular basis and my house is much cleaner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! I have had this unit for probably 2 years, maybe more. Love it! The wet mop plate finally did fracture in multiple places but only recently began to leak along a seam. I think I fixed it. Might have to buy a new one. All my pads, batteries and other parts are still functional. Bought one for my son a year ago. Great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect? No. but close. It does the Job. The battery will wear out in a short time, maybe a year of normal use. When it starts to lose its Life, it starts to act funny, like it is no longer able to mop. A new battery cures that.It is a God sent to old retired folks like the Wife and I.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would not buy.. This is my second and still it has issues I really loved this until it started going back wards and the water began to leak.. Then I exchanged it for a new one.. This one the water reservoir cracked and the Velcro came off in the first week... A few months later the rubber on the wheels stretched so, the wheels wont turn... very frustrated!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very dissapointed I have owned Roombas since the company started their business. Given the high quality of manufacturing they give to the vacuums, I was very anxious to see what the 380t mopper could do. I tried it out on my tile floors for 2 days. I would vacuum first and then use the mop with the attachment that provides for wet solution. I found that it just did not do a good job at all. I would consider this probably to be effective with small fresh spills. I have 3 dogs and it would not even clean dried dirty paw prints. The only thing I loved about it was its quietness. You can hardly hear it move.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love at first use Where do I begin? Yeah the day we met. I was hesitant when I first saw the iRobot online. I live in a farmhouse and have only hardwood floors. With a baby, school, work and other side projects, I could barely catch up with keeping the floors clean. Well that is over. My house is over 300yrs old and has had its share of owners. Well my i-baby was able to remove some pins I never knew were in the cracks of my original hardwood floors. My! Over 10 pins and I have been cleaning those floors. Well that is where our love story began. 6 month old daughter tries talking to i-baby sometimes. Well lets see how that turns out. Hubby is happy and so am I.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I was unsure how a single cloth could effectively clean my floors. We are having a brutal winter with salt and mud being tracked into the house by the kids and dog. The ability to run the thing on a daily basis is great. We also have an older Roomba that we run on a schedule and the combo of the two is fantastic. The combination of the two leave our dark wood floors in great shape. I love the quietness of the unit. We use it with Vim wood floors and have great results. No filmy residue or streaks. Very happy that I pulled the trigger on the purchase.
