Unsubscribe from all QVC communications

If you would no longer like to receive any email messages from QVC, including promotional emails, eNewsletters and Customer Service correspondence, just click on the Unsubscribe link. If you would prefer a non Internet-based mechanism for unsubscribing, call 1-800-367-9444. (This method may take longer to complete your request.)*

Unsubscribe from specific QVC communications

If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from QVC eNewsletters, the QVC Program Guide, or the Today’s Special Value® emails, click on the Update Your Email Preferences link, and then check or uncheck the appropriate boxes in your profile.

To eliminate unwanted email show reminders click on Programming and Personal Reminders, sign in, then click on the delete links on the right for the reminders you do not wish to receive from the list under Scheduled Reminders.

Change your email address

If you wish to change your email address, or make any other modifications to your email profile, click on the Update Your Email Address link.

*Please note that, if you ask to be removed from a QVC mailing list, the request may take a few days to register in the system, and that you may receive correspondence in the interim while your request is being processed.
