What is Beauty Bash?
Beauty Bash is an annual beauty event that brings together some of QVC’s most popular on-air products and personalities from the beauty world; it is an event with vendor meet-and-greets, product samples and a lot of fun!

When is Beauty Bash?
Beauty Bash will be held on Sunday, April 5, 2009.

What is the difference between the sessions?
The only difference between the two sessions is the time. 
Session 1 is from 9:00 am to Noon and Session 2 will be from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Only one reservation per person for the day will be accepted. If more than one reservation is made your reservation will be cancelled.  

To select a session, be sure to circle the time that you would like to attend on the reservation form. If the selected session has been filled, you will be placed in the available session. If neither session is selected on your reservation form you will be randomly placed into one.

What is the cost?
Tickets are $25.00 per person.

How do I make a reservation?
Reservation forms will be available for download from our website, QVCtours.com under Special Events (on the right hand side of the page) on Monday, February 16, 2009 around 9:00 am ET. To make a reservation, print the reservation form, complete it and fax it to us. Our fax number is 610.701.6300.

How do I pay and what are acceptable forms of payment?
Payment is required at the time of the reservation. We accept Qcard, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Can I get a reservation form before February 16th?
No. Reservation forms will not be available until the release date.

How are reservations processed?
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Each reservation that comes through the fax machine is time stamped by our fax machine and forms are accepted in that order. There are a limited number of tickets available for this event.

How will I know if I have a reservation and which session I’m attending?
Once your reservation has been processed you will receive an email from Studio Park/QVC informing you of your status and session or if you’ve been put on the waiting list. Please allow us up to 72 hours to respond to your request.

What if I do not have access to the Internet/fax machine?
If you do not have access to the Internet or fax machine we recommend having a friend or family member help you with this. If they are unable to be of assistance, we suggest faxing the form from an office supply store. If you have access to a scanner, please feel free to scan the completed reservation form and email it to us at StudioPark@QVC.com. Due to the high volume of forms we receive, it is not possible to mail a reservation form.

Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement to attend Beauty Bash. All guests coming to Beauty Bash, regardless of age, will be charged the admission fee of $25.00. Children ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Which vendors will be at Beauty Bash?
Because of the ever-changing schedules of our vendors, we do not guarantee that specific people will be at the event.

Will the vendors give out samples/Do I need a bag?
We do ask that our vendors give out samples of their products but that decision is theirs and we do not guarantee that they will. Bags will be provided upon entrance to the event.

Is food available?
We will not be offering food at the event but the Studio Store does have a selection of food items available for sale. Vending machines are available at QVC Studio Park.
