No matter the reason, QVC is here to help with our 30-day return policy for easy returns & free exchanges. For returns, send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and the Q Return Label fee. For an exchange, simply use the Q Return Label within 30 days of receipt to return your item for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. If your request for an exchange results in any additional merchandise or shipping costs, and you paid by credit card, your credit card will be charged for those additional costs. Payment methods other than a credit card may result in an order cancellation & a refund may be issued. If the requested exchange is no longer available, including items on waitlist and advance order, QVC will issue a refund and not deduct the Q Return Label fee. If an item is returned due to defect, QVC was in error, or request for exchange/replacement, QVC will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Q Return Label fee.

Even if you don't have the original box in which your item was shipped, it's simple and easy to make your returns with QVC. To get started, fill out the return form that came with the packaging slip when you first received your item. Give us the reason for your return and repack the product in the original packaging, including each individual piece, if applicable. If you don't have your original packing slip, just go to the Order Status page on to print a new one.

Now that your QVC return is packed, it's time to decide how to ship your merchandise. You can use the return label included in your original shipment, or you can utilize the shipping provider of your choice (like UPS or FedEx). If you're returning your QVC merchandise for a refund, the credit will be applied when your return is processed, but may not appear on your credit card billing statement right away.
