butter LONDON Heavy Medal Metallic Nail Polish Trio
While these polishes dry very quickly, you can also see through the finish in places -- even with three coats. There is also very little difference between the gold and silver colors. The silver is a bit brighter, but also manifested those little clear spots.
Too Good To Be True!!
I have the absolute worst nails on the planet and have tried every nail product of the known world. Ok, a little hyperbole BUT this is the ONLY nail polish that goes on and stays on my terribly ridged nails. I bought the nail strengthener from another vendor (QVC you must add this to your inventory) but the Metallic Lacquer Trio is fabulous. I've had it on for 4 days and it still looks like new. I really can't believe it. Thank you butter London.
These are the Bomb!
Just received my butter London nail lacquer a few weeks ago and I am so pleased with them.
I actually alternated all 3 colors on toes and nails. WOW! I guess they brought out my creative side. Ha Ha.
Please keep these in stock QVC, and thank So Much! for bringing in a cruelty free beauty product. Keep them coming and I will keep purchasing.
Would it be possible to offer a larger selection of this product, as well as more cruelty free beauty products?
This set ROCKS
Got these today, and could not wait to put them on. I did silver, and bronze. They are gorgeous. My nail polish usually chips quickly, BUT these polishes have not chipped yet I know its only been since 11:00 but I have been in water and outside picking up sticks n stuff , and I am a very active person. I am going to follow with a top coat of perfect Formula. a good nail topper from The Q. I just gave then one coat. Am really liking the colors, and the cute box they come in. I hope Butter London keeps these available as a part of their regular stock. We really don't need the cute box , just the beautiful metallic nail polishes. I think the copper is my favorite, but the silver and gold are close behind.
All three colors are great, but my favorite is the diamond geezer.....have that one on now.
Want to keep my gift purchase
I love Butter London. These metallic lacquers are beautiful.
I'm in love with the bronze and hope my gift recipient does not like that color and it stays with me!!
Olympic medal edition is pretty neat in concept and the polish itself is also pretty good. Often with metallics, you need two coats to get full opaqueness, especially if you have french manicure underneath, but the Butter polishes work well with just one coat even though they felt thin at first. The Bronze is ironically my favorite of the three; looking more golden than the gold (which I think is a little more yellowy than I was going for) but overall it's a great gift set and a good price for the quantity in each bottle.
I like the colors, but what I really like is the fact it's not alot of bad chemicals in this polish, who needs that. I would recommend as a gift if you know the person nail color preference. The Q could have given a break on the shipping & handling charge. Viv
I wanted to try it so I ordered this trio. I like the metallic. My fave is the silver. The value is fair.
Wow long lasting and looks great!
I got this set not even realizing it was special for Olympics weeks. Got it for the silver, as was similar to a color I had years back, but love all colors. Used the bronze first, just before having an accidental happening, had to skip a manicure as 2 fingers were cut up, granted not using right hand much but this polish lasted the entire month! Took off remnants yesterday, using silver today. Nails seem stronger too, love it!
Sent this sett back as within 2 days it chips off. The yummy mummy lasts maybe a day or two longer. The colors were pretty though.
I've used all of these. One will always be appropriate. I like it on my toes or nail tips. It lasts a long time. Also, you can mix and match. It only takes a "light" application. Or, take it to your nail salon with you. Enjoy
