Wonderful Product
I am Queen of the hot flashes. The very first time I put on the Hydrating Mineral Veil, it felt great. I added just a little of my Bareminerals foundation, and I am so pleased with the look. Went out to dinner and the weather was very humid. It did not effect my makeup! I would buy again and again.

Where's The Cooling Effect?
Disappointed in this product. I feel absolutely no cooling effect. It's a nice Mineral Veil, but no different from the original. I would stay with the original Mineral Veil which I love. I'm just wondering why I'm not feeling the "cooling effect" everyone is talking about. Otherwise, a nice product.

Great product, large jar problem response
Hello, I too had this problem but I found a solution. I take a safety pin, or straight pin and poke it into a few of the holes and it works great . You get just a litle out and you will not spill the rest on the counter. hope this helps

great value and love getting more hydration
love this value and another way to get more hydration, nice to see be trying all ways to help our skin as many ways possible. only request unless i just dont know its available is that i wish there was a brush the size of handy buki or full flawless especially made for the water based powder like in the kit with regular size hydration , just dont care for that brush , like a more fuller one but dont know of one synthetic style to use the proper one for this product

Didn't notice anything
Why is it that I feel like if you don’t have anything nice to say, you shouldn’t say anything at all. But to be honest, I did not like this product and I really really wanted too. I used this every which way too – I tried it for a full week. I used it alone, over makeup, under makeup, even had it on just one side of my face sometimes to see if I could notice a difference – and nothing. Even when you test it on the back of your hand it’s nothing. I sent this back. But I did just fall in love with BE eye shadows.

I love all the bareMinerals products and purchased the hydrating mineral veil when my original mineral veil was running low. It does have a momentary cooling effect. My only somewhat negative comment is that it is a bit shinier than the original.

BEST powder ever!!!!
I am a HUGE powder guy! I'm obsessed with face powders and own almost a dozen different types of loose powders. Mineral Veil is the best of them all! It is so light, and never ever ever gets cakey regardless of how much you use! This container lasts forever! This is my HG of face powders!!!!

Great product, large jar problem
I love this product. It is soft and soothing. The dispensing from this larger (great value .84oz) jar has been a problem. The four stars are for the larger jar, not the product. It is 5 stars. When tapping product into the lid, too much spills out and is constantly being lost on the counter. I try to get ithe excess back under the holes and into the jar, but the next time I tap some out, it comes rushing out again. It is very messy.
When this jar is gone (many months from now), I will only order the smaller size. Or hopefully by then it will be in the click and close cap.

Not as good as the regular Mineral Veil
I have been using Bare Escentuals for about 8 yrs now and love it! I love the regular Mineral Veil so when I saw this I was super excited. However now that I am using it I don't really like it. It has a bit of a smell to it and made my brushes stink. By the time I figured this out it was too late to return it and get my money back so I am just using it till it's gone and then will be switching back to the regular.

NOT SO FINE!
Literally, it is not as finely textured as the original mineral veil. The original feels so much lighter and fluffier on my skin. This just doesn't do it for me. I know a lot of people love it, but I'll stick with the original.

Icing on the Cake......
I have been using BE products for a few years now. I have used the regular mineral veil which is nice, but this one is beautiful. I put all my BE make up on, then top it with this. It does give you that perfect touch. I have had so many compliments. I shared this one with my youngest daughter who is 28 and also hooked on BE thanks to the many gifts I have given her. But she loves it as well. This will be a staple for me as well, love the feel of putting it on.
If you haven't tried it and use the regular mineral veil, your in for a nice surprise. It doesn't feel like you put anything on your face, but you know you have by the refreshing coolness of it and the finishing look you get..
I put my Lipstick and mascara on last, that seems to work perfect for me.
