Don't write off Moxie just because you love Buxom!
After reading reviews on the Moxie glosses, it seemed that most people who love Buxom glosses do not like the Moxies. I wanted to try them for myself, so I jumped at the chance with the set of 4 offered for the Beauty with Benefits event last week. I received them yesterday and can't get enough of them! I love all 4 colors -- Rebel, Renegade, Maverick, and Trailblazer -- so much that I stuck all 4 in my bag when I left for work this morning because I couldn't decide which to take with me. Like the Buxom, there is an obvious tingle to these. All 4 of mine give a pretty true color (granted, I always wear a liner on my bare lips and put my lipstick or gloss on top). I was hesitant, but I'm so glad I got them! They last a good while on the lips, but I keep re-applying just because it's fun! :)

Just okay
I've tried Moxie glosses twice now, and I had the same experience with both shades. PROS: Easy, even application. Doesn't cause any irritation. Enhances your lip color -- at first. CONS: Wears off/disappears almost immediately. For a lighter shade, you will wonder where the product is before you put the cap back on, and for a deeper one, your lips will feel bare within minutes. Also, this is not moisturizing. Overall, it does no harm, but because there's no payoff or benefit, it's just not worth it to me. Might recommend for moms to give to a young teen daughter (so she can use something but not really be wearing much of anything). In my experience, this product is nowhere near the quality or level of the superior-in-every-way BUXOM gloss, which it replaced and which I have seriously stocked up on since it's harder to get now.

Great Test Tube Surprise
The shade I received in my test tube was Sparkplug and it is gorgeous with my fair skin, green eyes, and blond hair! What a wonderful surprise in my test tube! I love the color, I the shine and subtle shimmer in this shade, I love the fresh mint scent, and like the little tingle I feel when it is on my lips.
The only reasons I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars was because it does need to be reapplied frequently when eating, drinking, ext... It leads me to the second reason I also gave it 4 stars was because I feel due to the limited wear time I feel the price point is a bit high.
Overall I really do enjoy this products!

Moxie Lipgloss
Sorry Bare Minerals, I just received my new brand of lip gloss and I must say, I do not care for it. It does not compare to your previous brand Buxom. The Moxie does not stay on as long. And it doesn't feel as good on your lips as the Buxom does. And I order what was as close to the color I usually use, but it just doesn't have that pop of color like Buxom does. I think I'll have to shop somewhere else for my lip gloss. I refuse to replace Buxom with Moxie. I love your make up, but this brand of lip gloss is a no go.

Lipgloss love
I love my lip colors an am a lip gloss conasuer. I have a multitude of brands and colors (tarte being another fave brand.) I had not tried moxie until recieving it in my "beauty testube" in the shade of sparkplug... I'm head over heels in lipgloss love. My 60 year old mother tried it, she loves it as well. I'm dark haired with a pale complection and she's silver haired with more of a tan complection we both look great in this color. It's super hydrating with a little bit of a tingle - just a little, SO GREAT!!

Sparkplug
I got this lip gloss with my test tube, so glad I did. WOW, I really love this product, and the flavor is reall a nice surprise, staying power, well its all day. The color is like you see the movie stars lips, a pretty nude color. This is the one for me. I will be ordering this lip gloss now that I got to try it, it will be my color, looks really wonderful. Thanks test tube! I hope to see more great products in the future. This was the best tube yet.

Favorite Lipgloss yet!!!
I disagree with those that say Buxom is much better. I love Buxom too, but I love this gloss even more. I LOVE the taste, smell and feel of this gloss!!!! It has a very slight tingle compared to the Buxom-which I like better! The color Show Off is my favorite-and the one I reach for every day!!! It's the perfect nude pink!!! I also think this gloss lasts a lot longer than the Buxom. Please don't stop making this!

Buxom is (was) much better
Bought REBEL - simply lovely color (good neutral) but does not last as long and is not as moisturizing as Buxom is (was).
Will not buy again - now looking for a Buxom substitute (and, no, the other BE lip glosses aren't as good as Buxom either).

GOOD BUT MISS BUXOM
Well I came looking for Buxom and realized it is no longer :( someone told me to try Moxie and I do like it but do miss Buxom!! I love the tingle you get from Buxom and this also has a tingle just not as strong as the Buxom was. I had gone to the BE store and my friend pointed out Dare Devil and I was like OMG NO WAY thats way to dark but I tried it and LOVED IT! It looks so so dark here online so don't freak out with this color cause it is not dark like it looks. Also when you put this on top of a lipstick you already have on it completely changes and looks great. I will continue to purchase Moxie but sure miss the Buxom so LESLIE PLEASE bring Buxom back.

Not as scary as it looks in the tube
I have been looking for a new lip gloss since my favorite, Buxom, isn't as easy to get anymore because it is now exclusive to another retailer. I decided to try the Marvelous Moxie because I loved the tingly feeling of the Buxom and in the QVC presentations the hosts stated that Moxie had a tingly sensation, too. I tried the Hot Shot. I love the color. It is not nearly as bright on the lips as it looks in the tube. I am very fair and its a very soft and pretty color on my complexion. It does tingle and stays on a fairly long time, too. It has a different smell than the Buxom. I'm guessing its the lavender that the hosts mentioned it has in it. I like the Moxie, but I liked the Buxom better. Marvelous Moxie is an acceptable replacement to Buxom until something better comes along.
