Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't Even Turn On I was super excited to open up the product and finally use it, however upon reading through the instructions and trying to set it up the security camera never turned on. I called the support number and the guy told me that they've had the same issue with multiple devices and I would need to send it back and they would send another one. I didn't want to go through the trouble of doing that since he mentioned that there were several with that issue and it is common for the camera to never boot up. Upsetting since I was looking forward to utilizing this. Glad I tested it out and didn't buy any more as gifts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Idea Got two of these with a plan to use one on the pets and the other on security. Set up the one for the pets and enjoyed one day of use. The app is the problem. Got two motion alerts with no video, then the camera started working erratically. Then we tested if we could talk through it and I could hear fine on my phone, but no sound came from the Pivot. My partner even picked it up to see if it was just not loud enough. The final straw was when I went to pan the camera and it turned all the way around to the back and stayed there. The reviews on the app are so bad I never bothered to contact Zmodo. Even the reviews here say they're bad at customer service. Also never bothered to even open the second box. Sent them back for a refund. Maybe they'll get it right in the future, but I'm not willing to wait when others have it working now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zmodo Pivot Rate I purchased 2 of the cameras. One camera only worked for 4 days. The other camera worked great for almost a week and then the APP stopped working. Ended up returning both cameras. Not worth all the trouble.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable But Difficult Set-up I love that you don’t have to put this camera in a corner to see the whole room, any motion and it moves to that direction. The hardest set up part was getting the door/window alarms set up had to keep looking up how to do this on website it’s not explained very well in the quick set up. I can access this from my phone/iPad and I love that you can talk through this devices and even hear what’s going on in that room. Perfect for teens at home. I would recommend this device!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointing I was really excited to get this and use it. It was fairly easy to set up out of the box and initially worked good. After a couple days it started going offline randomly and we could not access it remotely at all. The door sensors would sometimes let you know the door opened and sometimes it wouldn't. Went online to look up fixes and there were a lot of people having the same issues and no fixes so I sent mine back.

I had initially ordered the blink cameras, but they stopped working after just 1 month. QVC should not recommend products that do not stand up to what is being stated during the presentation.
