I was so excited to get but to hard to get working, maybe the newer model doesn't work as good as the older model. This did not work with IPhone or PC Mobile and was disappointed I wish they would let me know when they come out with a newer one or one that worked.

i purchased the product around Christmas time .
A few weeks later i lost the device it just came lose and dropped off the key chain
lots of money to lose it so quickly
then a few weeks later i returned home from a shopping trip to discover
my house key had dropped off the chain also and i was locked out of my house
What ever is suppose to be that makes the key chain so great obviously did not
work for me as i lost both keys that were on it
Sadly i cannot return it as it is gone so i am out all that money and no blue tooth
I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem

Awful-could not get them to work with iPhone. Read the detailed reviews under this and you will see many unsatisfied customers and many returns. I was a little disappointed in QVC too for allowing such a package to be put together. Only one car kit, one visor clip? When you receive 2 zooms. FAIL!

This Zomm is the worst. Does not work for the iphone or the galaxy. Do not waste your money. I am more upset that I am getting charged to return this item.

The battery has to be charged every day! If I could remember to charge the battery every day then I would not need this product to help not leave my phone behind. This product is totally worthless to me and my husband. Battery is always dead. So disappointed in this product. It is not worth the time and effort to set it up and is certainly not worth the money paid for it.

I have the same situation as many of the other people who have wrote a review about this ZOMM product. I ordered this while watching to on-air presentation. I was so excited that I could use this since I'm on the road a lot driving a hour each way to work and I could have one for my elderly mother to use. I thought this would help us both while driving as well as the panic feature if my mother was out alone and something happened. Well to my surprise, only ONE FULL SET. HOW could 2 people with 2 phones use it in 2 separate cars - with ONLY one full set??? The presentation stated give one as a gift and keep the other for yourself. Sure was mislead by the presentation. I've always been satisfied with 99% of the products I've purchased from QVC but this one I was definitely not satisfied. Sent mine back!!
Looks like many unsatisfied customers - QVC might want to make note of this before they have many more!

This is my 2nd Zomm, I purchased one from QVC when it was 1st presented on QVC a year or so ago. I LOVE the speaker phone, I simply put the Zomm in the holder above my head on the sun visor. When there is an incoming call the Zomm vibrates and flashes and I simply press the button & talk. The real reason I purchased the Zomm is that a woman was attacked in our neighborhood and since I walk 5 miles around our neighborhood I hold the Zomm knowing that if I am in danger it will be a lot easier to press & hold the Emergency button than to get my cell phone out of my waist pack and dial 911.

I was so excited when I ordered these!!!! The moment I opened the box I realized theyre too many pieces and missing pieces that the live presentation didn't bother to mention. Once I opened the manual booklet, I was like ohhh noo. and put everything back. I am in my 20's and know how to use electronics but this was too complicated to even set up. Don't waste your money or time. I have wasted my money and now have to waste time returning it and wait for a refund.
It should mention "Customer Top-LOWEST rating"
