Purchased the extremely expensive robot dog for my daughter for Christmas and within a week of using the robot the hind legs became stuck in a sitting position and will not work properly. Contacted WowWee customer support and received absolutely no help or response. They do not provide any phone number to contact support, only an email address. They refuse to replace the robot and I am left with a frustrated and heart broken child!!!! Will be returning the product immediately for a full refund!!!!

We bought this as a gift for my son for Christmas. It's all he talked about and he was so excited to open it on Christmas morning. It worked great the first few hours. After that, everything went down hill. The front wheel started making a grinding noise and eventually fell off. Once the battery drained, it never recharged. We tried charging it with the port and with the manual charger. We are very disappointed with this expensive purchase. It is unfortunate to read all of the other similar negative experiences with this product.

This product never worked. None of the 5 parts that can be charged ever fully charged. Such a disappointment for my 5 year old's birthday.

CHIP was a Christmas present for my daughter. Took CHIP out of the box and downloaded app. CHIP never responded and after 10 minutes completely died. Charging for 24 hours did nothing. Returned to QVC. Very disappointed child on Christmas.

I bought this as an x-mas gift for my niece. She was so excited! She loved it and while it was working-it was great! However, the day after x-mas it stopped working! She is so upset and I only hope I can exchange it for another! This was not a cheap gift so it was terribly disappointing to have it break so quickly!

My son asked Santa for a dog for Christmas. He was so excited and it is broken. The website offers no help and there is no phone number to call for help. All you can do is send an email. Woowee states there is a limited warranty. I have to wait 48 hours to wait if they will even accept the return. In the meantime my son is heartbroken. Bad customer service.
