Perfect for a woman
I ordered this after using my father's and loved it. I am so glad I did! It is much lighter than a gas trimmer and I don't have to worry about pulling a cord around for an electric trimmer. It charges fast. I trim the front yard. While I mow the back, I charge up the battery and it is good to go as soon as I get the back mowed. I have had no trouble with the battery or string, but I have only had it for this one summer season. I love it so far!

battery is evidently meant to make additional $$$
Battery is evidently meant to make additional money for Worx because I only used mine a few times and the battery went out.
Excellent product othewise.

Like the weight and ease of use but after only a couple of uses, the battery won't charge. Plus, even when new, it did not last long enough to get my trimming done. Very disappointed.

Bad Battery!!
I had the Work GT 18 volt trimmer,worked fine first year then had to buy a new battery the next,the battery cost almost as much as the trimmer so it hought id try the 20volt,well it worked great the first week then the battery would not hold a charge anymore,i called customer servous they were very nice and i had to return it for a new one but unfortunatly they were sold out,now im going to try the 24volt one which is more expencive but if it "Worxs" more than 2 years it will be worth it.

Why Not
This trimmer is great.
I need a new battery or maybe it's the charger that needs to be replaced.
Why doesn't QVC sell the replacements?
I hate trying to get replacements from Worx company..They do not help with what I need
in my replacements
That is my one complaint on product...

Worx trimmer edger!
I love the Trimmer, lite weight and easy to use. The battery keeps it charge for my entire yard. I own a lot that is 125x100 and have tons of landscaping brick. I am able to edge and trim around everything without having to stop and recharge the battery.
I was able to put the trimmer together in minutes with the help of my 14 year old. I have a newly built garage and the holder is perfect in there.
Easy to change from cement edger to trimmer in a quick spin. I am 8 inches shorter then my husband and he loves how he can just extend the handle very simply.
Nice piece of equipment!

WONDERFUL
I purchased the WORX trimmer and Edger and I love it. So easy to use and no pulling to start it. Best purchase I have made. Hubby had surgery and I could not get out other trimmer started, so decided to give the WORX a try. Thank You WORX.

Good value
My 16 year old son has taken over the yardwork. Our gas powered trimmer was heavy and difficult to restring. He loves the WORX trimmer! He can zip through our medium sized yard in no time. When he goes off to college, it will be perfect for mom to use!

Battery & Line Issues
I agree with previous reviewers about the battery life and mine started spitting ALL of the line out. I would try to edge and go through 2 or 3 spools of line. I went back to my gas trimmer. I got a 4-cycle that does NOT mix gas & oil & I LOVE IT!!!!!

Love & Hate it!
I really like the weight and ease of use of this trimmer. I can't handle heavy trimmers and found this one to be perfect (weight wise) for me to use. HOWEVER, the battery charge only lasts for 15 minutes and I always fall short of completing my projects. I have an 18v battery so maybe the 20v is better. I also found out after purchasing this item, that if I had purchased it from the Worx website that I would have gotten free spools for life. A little more expensive than the QVC price but cheaper in the long run. I trust QVC to have the best price/quality....fell short this time.

I LOVE this Trimmer!!!
I have been wanting to get this trimmer for a long time. I hated using my gas trimmer as I could not get it started and it was so heavy to carry around the yard. I finally was able to purchase the Worx and was not disappointed. This trimmer has power and does the job SO well. It's lightweight, charges super fast, and starts so easily and quickly. I have a 2 acre property and can get all my trimming done in about an hour if I let it go too long and that is with recharging once. Great item would definitely recommend!!!
