Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heavy and Hard to assemble This came to my doorstep and the box was so heavy. I needed another person to help me take it to my basement. I started to set it up and about half way through noticed a part was damaged/broken. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful. It's strange for QVC because they are usually so good. They have to send a new part and that could take up to 10 days. Not very acceptable. offered $10 for my trouble. $10 is an insult on a $200 bike. The instructions are hard to understand and I broke 2 fingernails putting it together and it took me about an hour and a half to finish it. This has been the most disappointing experience so far. and the bike is not comfortable. This was a waste of $200. I'm sure it will just collect dust and I'll end up buying the one I should have bought for $50 more from a competitor.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Use While Working I bought this to use while I work. I was relatively inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for. The seat isnt very comfortable for the work ride purpose. The pedals loosen every time I would get on it until it came out and would no longer tighten up. Disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted I wasn't looking for a spinning bike, just something to get some exercise. I'm 58 and far from sedentary, but I have bad ankles and walking a lot doesn't work. This doesn't bother my ankles. The lap top table has made it a 5 star for me. I limit my computer time to when I'm on the bike only! Win- win for me. The laptop destraction makes it seem like time flies, and cleaning out my email is no longer a waste of time. I did make the mistake of having the seat too high at first, and that irritated my hip. But after lowering it, all was fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Me and my Wallet I decided to buy this one night laying in bed actually looking at another bike. If you are like me you want to hear the good bad and the ugly. First let me say that I used this for 2 hour long conference calls, while manipulating excel data and answering IMs for over 10 miles of exercise. My laptop didn't even move when I was pedaling like an idiot!!! I wouldn't suggest getting on a conference call and try to speak if you happened to be pedaling harder because the call caused stress, or the someone's voice annoyed you to the point you felt like running a marathon to release the stress(You may sound like you ran a 10k in 2 seconds and now need a defibrillator and O2 tank). I'm a pretty hefty girl and also extremely challenged in the height category; so getting on this thing is not exceptionally fun. Once you are on it isn't bad. I got this because I work crazy hours from home. I do not like to go workout because it takes time away from my son and I am not getting up at 3am just to go to a gym 30 mins across town. This has been my excuse for not exercising for so long I can't remember, but this year I plan to do better and be better and now I have no excuses. If I remember and this site allows updates I will come back and update on what I think about this in 90 days. Oh I was also able to get this from my basement up my stairs in my office with no help. It took approx. 30mins to get it put together with my 4 year olds assistance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting Got it for my partner who does IT... turns out I use it more often while watching Netflix than he does with his laptop. A place to run your devices power cord from the tray would be a nice improvement - but otherwise it is a convenient little piece of furniture (as long as you are wearing shoes).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't just sit at your desk! I really like this bike. I tend to work long hours and wasn't able to get exercise into my day. Now I can get work done while exercising! If i am not working I use free weights to work my upper body at the same time. The seat is comfortable too. The bike has a fairly small footprint considering it has a desktop on it. I can move it around if needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun for phone work Great product for home office. I don't like to sit and make follow up calls so I just spin and dial.
