I have the black. I disagree with some of the other reviews. Mine is well made, and lays beautifully on the neck- I am very petite.
This unique design renders the piece quite versatile, as the butterfly is an enhancer that detaches from the collar, but is held in place with magnets,
The collar can then be worn with other enhancers, and the butterfly with other chains or cords. How ingenious!
I will get lots of wear out of this pretty and unique butterfly!

JUST OK
I wanted to LOVE this piece but when it arrived it fell a little short. The problem ~ it doesn't lay nicely on your neckline. You have to kind of tilt and tweak the wire it's on to make it work and there is a "cheapness" to the wire that I am not liking. The butterfly can be removed from the wire and put on something else, like a leather cord ( which actually makes it look a little nicer and lay nicer as well,) but for this price ( just shy of $100 when you add in shipping,) I would expect a little better quality over all. The butterfly itself is OK - not spectacular. Not necessarily bad, but certainly not as nice as I was hoping. It's an OK piece, and kind of fun and funky, but definitly has a look to it like you paid under $30 for it, not close to 100 beans .... sadly I'm afriad I am going to have to send it back. Just can't justify the cost when I have to do too much to make it look ... just OK.

Dissapointment
I'm a butterfly collector and was really looking forward to this piece. Unfortunately, it looked much better on TV. The piece was just dull...it didn't invite you to look at it. Also, the wire piece was just awkward. I like Heidi's designs, but for the price, this didn't measure up. It will be going back.

Well shucks!!
I was looking forward to receipt of this necklace. Unfortunately, the magnets that are supposed to hold the pendant stable were already off when the necklace arrived. I might be able to super glue them back on but that annoys me. - probably going back.

LOOKS BETTER ON TV
Very disappointed when I received this necklace. It looks a lot better on TV. The butterfly has no sparkle whatsoever. The necklace looks very cheap and very dull.

A Real Beauty!!!
I ordered the black and it is so much prettier in person. The butterfly is spectacular, a great size that is definitely noticed. If you like small pendants, this is not for you. The collar necklace is made for the butterfly so it lies perfectly on the neckline when you wear it. I love that it stays in place and you don't have to keep readjusting it. It is absolutely beautiful. I collect butterly jewelry and I don't have anything else like this. How about matching earrings?? Thanks, Heidi. I'm a big fan!

REALLY DISAPPOINTED
I was really looking forward to this necklace..i am a butterfly jewelry collector.. The necklace is poorly made,and if you need to use the extenders, they are totally useless, they do not extend because it is a wire necklace and just sits on your neck...totally not worth the money.

Gobsmacked!
Wow, I was gobsmacked at the presentation, quality and craftmanship of this beautiful butterfly necklace. Not having ordered Heidi's jewelry before, was worried it might not be up to par. Happly, I was wrong. It's fantastic, and the quality is outstanding. I've received nothing but compliments from friends and strangers. Ms. Klum should certainly take a bow.
