EXCELLENT PURCHASE
I am overall happy with this purchase. The only down fall for me is that the width of the bag is kinda small which makes it a little difficult to get all my stuff in but I manage. I like the fact that it has lots of pockets and a cross body strape which makes it easy when I want to be hands free. Keep up the good work Wendy.

Nice bag
Received this bag in black. The quality is good and the bag is nicely packed with a dust bag included. I am only giving 4 stars because I was looking for a lighter feel. This one was just as heavy as the one i have been carrying. The leather is not soft but looks good, other than that Wendy did a good job with the design and function of the bag. i am sorry to return but just won't work for me .

Nice but. . . . .
Received this purse. When I opened the box, I was so pleased to see how well it was packaged. Wendy puts her purses in a dust cover that is a tote.. . . .Great idea!!!!! Then it is wrapped in plastic. The purse itself was wrapped in tissue paper. The purse came quickly and very nicely done. However, I'm a big bag girl, and this purse is just too small for me. It's a large sized clutch, but still I'm used to carrying totes and this is not anywhere big enough. The purple color is a nice color and it's very structured. Love YOU and your products Wendy, keep them coming. Just make the purses a little bigger for us big bag girls!!!!!!

Awful
I ordered the gray bag. It feels and appears more like a stiff, hard vinyl, rather than leather. The chain strap doesn't hang straight and is too long. When using the slide adjustor, the strap is stiff and bulky. The strap adjustor had a flawed area where the leather (I use this term loosely) was cut and had a hole. This bag looks cheap - it's not a good value. I wouldn't pay thirty dollars for it! I've ordered with great success from QVC for twenty-five years and have never received such poor quality merchandise.
