Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor instructions In all fairness I am not a computer whiz. When I got this I was hoping for easy instructions. The 4 step instructions are inside the cover. Sounds easy enough. When you plug it in I couldn't figure out any further. I already pay webroot an annual fee for my anti virus. I guess I will continue doing that and return this item. It needs better instructions and an 800 number for any of us who need help. If that had been included I probably would have kept it. Also the presentation never actually went through the set up. They just kept saying follow the prompts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from #fail This did not remove the virus from my MacBook, so I have to return it. Maybe it works for PCs or some forms of virus, but it didn't work for the "ransom ware" or whatever it's called on my MacBook. It FOUND them, but it didn't delete or correct them (whatever the proper terminology is).
