Happy with purchase
This was purchased to replace an older "Complete Care" unit. I am very impressed with the clean and the features in the brush. The waterpik is the same as my old unit which performes well. Only down side is no place to store brushes when not in use. My older unit had an on board storage cup to store them which I miss. Otherwise, completely happy with unit.

Best Purchase Ever!
The Sonic Water Flosser and Toothbrush are AMAZING !!! My teeth are cleaned each day just like a trip to the dentist!!! I have not used a WaterPik product in decades but the quality is as I remembered from my teen years when I wore braces. This quality is truly phenomenal!! Thanks to QVC for making this product available at such a remarkable value!

Wonderful
Wow...... never realized what a difference a sonic toothbrush with a water flosser can make. I am so very impressed. Initially, given by me to my husband as he is preparing to start Invisalign treatment. Works wonders compared to the old fashion waxed floss. His teeth actually look whiter!

Only Lasted a Year
We purchased this item over a year ago. The first one was defective and we returned it. The second one worked, however the rechargeable battery in the toothbrush handle only lasted a year before the battery is no longer charging. When checking the user manual, it states that the battery can not be replaced, something that should have been stated upfront. Why would anyone make a product where the battery can not be replaced? I now have an expensive flosser sitting on my counter and have reverted back to a manual toothbrush. Very disappointed in this product.

A Difference You Will Notice
I have only had this a week, but the whitening mode on the brush has definitely made my teeth look whiter already! I had an older Sonicare brush and it was nice, but this is an improvement. It briefly stops 3 times to signal for you to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. The waterpik is new to me but I'm impressed how well it cleans inbetween my teeth and under my implant. I sometimes continue because it really massages your gums well. I am so glad I chose to upgrade and would recommend this to anyone.
