Not for Fine and Thin Hair
Must have more than soft control for thin hair. Wanted to like it, but do not like the fig scent mixed with all of the other scents. Returned

I Called Wen
I wasn't getting the frizz control I desired so I called wen. I had no idea that I was skimping and needed to use more product

Different strokes. . .
Made my baby-fine hair so hydrated it wouldn't hold tighter, air or diffuser-dried curl. Couldn't even use it to "scrunch" hair then air dry. Back to salon/beauty-store/discount brand that works when clipped up while damp/diffusing/air-drying hair. So far I like the cleansing conditioner (sweet almond mint only) (except any of the soy-based, they're too oily :(, though I love the scents) and the styling cream (sweet almond mint only) before blow drying and flat-ironing. BTW, it's the cleansing conditioner that can replace 5 products, including shave cream (it's great for shaving legs!). The replenishing mist works better on my dog, and I haven't tried the serum yet. With my required water softener, I find I have to use a clarifying shampoo every two weeks, then WEN as a rinse-out conditioner. Seems to work better this way. I also use the 6 13, especially in the oh-so-dry winter months.

I'm on the fence about this one
Have to agree with several other reviewers who wrote, "I thought WEN was supposed to take the place of multiple products..." but still, I bought into the hype & tried it. I just knew I'd love it - it sounded like the answer to every woman's dreams - soft fluffy hair without frizz or crunchiness. But I have baby fine hair (though lots of it) and had the same experience as others with fine hair.
I don't know that I ever got the hang of using it. The instructions say to put it on soaking wet hair and twist & rake it in, but if I'm wrapping my hair in a towel afterwards, isn't most of the product being absorbed by the towel? Enough of it stayed in my hair to affect the texture, though. It. My hair which is normally sleek and smooth using WEN alone became unruly - brittle, dry & flyaway. I've been using it for 2 weeks, trying it air-drying twice and styling once, and so far I am just not impressed. Also, my hair felt dirty within a day or 2 after using it. Don't think I'll be repurchasing this one.
Sorry Chaz - LOVE your conditioning cleanser, but this just didn't work for me.

Wanted to like this.....!
I too, have had the same experience as other women with baby fine hair....this product seems to dry out my hair...which makes me add more ''stuff'' to it.....it also has kind of a fly away appearance as well....(which never happened to my hair ever).I have what I would call normal hair...not greasy and not dry...just normal....I use the Spring conditioner and do like that....I have the volumizing mist...(which has ''alchohol' as the very first ingredient....but wanted something to hold my hair ...that also seems to dry out my hair a bit....but not that bad as I would return it.....I also use Ojon's set of Advance shampoo/conditioner ..which I like alot....and I use their Advance Mousse which gives you lots of volume....and to me...works on my hair much better than Wen does........I guess we all have different needs for our ''different hair types''.....But you gals who have reveiws about dry hair....try the duo set of Ojon Advance Mousse ..see if you like that one....I sure do.......!..and their awesome revitalizing mist which does not weigh your hair down at all and gives you terrific shine, oh yes, and enhances your hair color...love that .!........P.S... I use the seasonal conditioners by WEN..my hair seems to like them better than the other ones...I'm finishing up the Spring Gardenia one now....love that..and waiting for the summer one on order..!

So happy
Although it was kind of expensive, i bought this for myself as a birthday gift. I was so surprised at how it took the frizziness out of my hair and left it so soft and shiny. I was about to get all my long hair chopped off because no matter what i did it was fly away, but now i am keeping my long locks because this product is AWESOME, wish i had tried it sooner !!

FABULOUS~~BEST MOUSSE EVER
I've been using Wen products for 3 yrs now & I just love how my hair is compared to before discovering these awesome products. This mousse is NOT sticky or crunchy & has no after use stiffness to my hair...it added bounce, body, shine...I was walking out in the rain & it just enhanced my naturally curly hair without frizz. I have long, baby fine blonde hair which has stopped breaking & splitting since I started using WEN products. I do get professional high lights 3x yearly & take my WEN with me to the shop as I won't allow other products on my hair! I'm on auto ship for this mousse & truly love it! Since my hair is long I do add a few extra pumps. I use Fig, Lavender & Pomagranite cleanser the most, along with the styling creme, conditioners & oils....my hairdresser told me to just keep doing what I've been doing as my hair is getting thicker & curlier & not breaking off in the back anymore!!! THANKS Chaz!!!

Fantastic
I am so impressed with this product I switched to auto delivery after trying it for the first time. I never want to run out. It makes my hair soft and beautiful for the first time since I was a teenager. I'll be 60 in November. I have wavy/curly hair that tends to frizz and be dry and dull. After using the six thirteen and the mousse, I can't believe the difference in my hair! I cand stop touching it! It's bouncy and full I love it. I also use a few drops of the Wen glossing serum. I plan on growing my hair long now that it can look this good! I am more than satisfied with this product.

Interesting
I tried this product but found no difference in my hair, maybe because it is fine and straight and had to return it. I have used WEN cleansing conditioner for many years and love it. I find it interesting that when I first was introduced to WEN, Chaz said that it was all you needed, that it took the place of all the other products you use. True. I did not need the mousse, leave in conditioner, shine products, heat protector etc. Now he makes & promotes all of those products in his line. Hmmm...?

not for curly hair
I have naturally curly hair and am a Wen girl of 5 years. This mousse weighed my hair down pulling the curl out to an S wave. If you leave in some Wen as a leave in conditioner , like Chaz tells you to, and then add this, my thick curly, white girl hair was weighed down and sticky, not silky. While I don't want crunchy hair like the other brands of mousse, I need some volume and curl defintion. Maybe this is a good product if you have straight hair and style it like Chaz does with a round brush and blow dryer, but this does not help make air dried, defined curls like I was wanting. Back to the drug store brands for me. Besides..what happened to only needing one product from Wen? It was originally supposed to replace 5 products. Now I have 7 different Wen products.Hmm...
