Life Changing Hair Product
Wow, I would never have believed that a shampoo would make 100% difference in my hair. I'm almost 60, with very fine, thin hair. Getting thinner all the time because of my medications, so I haven't had much fun with my hair for a long time. Until WEN! My hair now looks like other people's hair. It has body and will style just about anyway I want. It looks good first thing in the morning. On weekends, I just finger comb it in place. What a difference from the long drawn out and disappointing process I've had to go through for years. My life is changed, I'm not exaggerating. WEN is the best hair product ever, replaces so many products. All I need is WEN and a little spray to freeze it and I'm good for the day. This is a MIRACLE!!

Cannot live without
I have been using this for almost 3 years now and would never go back to Shampoo. the amazing thing is that my hair still looks good 3 days after cleansing....I washed my hair on Wednesday afternoon. After spending all Friday afternoon pressure washing my deck, my hair still looked great! I used to have to wash my hair every day for it to look good! Plus, I color my hair and now the color stays true from coloring to coloring.....even my hairdresser comments on how nice my hair is.

Can't Stand The Smell
The pomegranate smell is gross and dries out my hair. Sweet Almond Mint is awesome though.

The pump contorsions
I love this product and have used only WEN now for years - the best thing for color treated hair on the planet BUT...I would love a dollar for every scheme I've tried to get the rest of out the bottle. Here is where I have ended up, for all of you who do the same - I buy the gallon in June - that lasts me till around April of the next year. I always keep a 16 size bottle from way before to hold all of the odds and ends from 32 oz and the gallon. The nice thing about WEN is when you turn it upside down ALL the cleanser glides down to the opening. So put your bottle over a large glass measuring cup, a jar, a pitcher until your bottle is empty. I then put a funnel into my small WEN bottle and pour the remainder of my larger bottle and walk off - takes awhile - like watching paint dry and I go back and the funnel will be empty and I put the pump for the smaller bottle in and its good to go. This way we get to use ever last drop of t his wonderful, can't/ won't live without stuff. Make sure the funnel opening is large enough that the cleaner drops through.

Love this!
I had been reading the WEN reviews and watching the shows on QVC and thought a person would be out of their mind to spend this much $ on this product. This being said by a person (me) who was always shopping for different hair products because my hair is fine and has a mind of its own. I took the plunge and purchased this duo with the mind set of "if I don't like it I will send it back". Well, let me tell you, here I am to place my next order!! Seriously, if you are skeptical, just try it and prove yourself wrong. I have shoulder length blonde hair and my hair has never looked so great. I have been getting a lot of compliments on my hair such as "Did you do something different?" ... and I have to spill my glory about WEN to them. :)

great product......pump is the worst!
To start, I love this product and will not use anything else.I use many of the other items and am very pleased. That being said, CHANGE THE PUMP! For the cost of this product chaz should come with it to do my hair. I have to turn the bottle upside down over a squarelock and lock to get all the product out. This is not just a little bit but about a 1/4 of the bottle. I love thus stuff and will nit change....but come on.....fix the pump!

LOVE IT!!!
This is my second review for WEN. I love WEN by Chaz Dean! I ordered this duo because it is the best value. The sweet almond mint has the best smell!! I'm starting to think that all the different scents will be just as great as the one before. I'm so glad that these products work as well as Chaz Dean and QVC claimed! My hair looks great and seems to feel stronger and healthier every time I use WEN!!!

The best for color treated hair!!
I am a hair stylist and started using Wen last April. I wanted to make sure I liked the product before I tried it on my clients. Well, it's great. I always use it after color and on my own color treated hair. My color lasts longer and never fades. I only use it on my clients after I color their hair since I don't resell it.I wish there was a way to make it an item to sell to my clients. I have naturally curly hair which always tends to be dryish and fly away...but not any more. This product has made a true difference in the condition of my hair.

wonderful products BUT------
Something needs to be done about the pumps. I cAn't get the product out through the pumps, because the product is so thick. I would recommend he put the products in a large mouth jar, or do something about the pumps, because it is a pain in the behind to have to pound the bottles into a dish. But the products are WONDERFUL. Does any body else have this problem?

Great product, but bottle needs work
I love Wen cleansing conditioners! I have short hair so it never looks like the models hair on QVC, but it is shiny and healthy looking. I do think it is very expensive for the amount you receive but my major complaint is the bottle. When it gets to the bottom 2 inches of the bottle, the pump stops working. It is very difficult to unscrew the pump, and shake the bottle with wet hands. Chaz please come up with a better delivery system so we can get all of the product out of it!!
