Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keeping an Eye on the Drain Catch Began using because I was SO TIRED of the shampoo/conditioner routine for years. Fine thin hair but a lot of it, tangles horribly without conditioner. Desperate for a solution. With Wen no tangles. I am conducting a cleansing experiment by leaning over the tub, before my shower, so I can keep an eye on the hair in the drain catch and so the product doesn't coat my by body in the shower because it is thick. So far no problems. It's been about 3 months, using Pomegranate, Sweet Mint, Cucumber and Tea Tree. Prefer Pomegranate. I may try to grow out my hair from short to chin length now that it's more manageable. Yes, half the pumps are defective, use the old. Add water to the remainder at bottom of bottle to get it out, remove pump, pour into your hand, easy. Not losing hair, in fact a lot LESS hair is around the sink after blow drying because it doesn't tangle anymore. I use way less than recommended. I don't use as a leave in conditioner. I rinse well. I cleanse every day. Hair would be flat and bed head if I didn't. I do not color and will let the gray come in. I will spend money on a good cut but I won't get into the vicious cycle of coloring. 4 stars for the hair loss paranoia and the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best product ever! I've been using this for about two years. I use a lot less than they say to use and I scrub my scalp like there is no tommorow before I rinse. My hair is so much more healthy and I can actually brush it in just a few min. My hair also seems like it's growing faster. Def a good buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Conditioner I only use this as a conditioner as it keeps my fine hair from static. I don't use to wash my hair as did not like the film it left on my scalp no matter how hard I tried to rinse it out. I make sure to only use it on my hair and not my scalp as a conditioner. And no, it does not make me one of the beautiful models shown in all the ads. :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not happy I was very disappointed with this product. I have a natural curl/wave in my hair and since using this product, my hair very thin and has no body. It did nothing to my hair as was advertised and would not recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even works on faux fur! I have a parka with a removable faux fur trim around the hood. I've always washed the fur in the machine with the coat, but removed the trim before putting the coat in the dryer. Except for this last time I carelessly tossed it in and dried it with the trim on. Well needless to say the trim did not fare very well. It came out very dry and tangled, a real matted mess. Then I thought well let me try WEN on it, how much worse could it get? So I soaked it and then used a couple of pumps of the WEN and washed as if it were my own hair. Then toweled dry and gently combed the knots out and allowed it to hang and air dry. Is it exactly like it was before the dryer - no, but it is definitely looking and feeling more like faux fur again instead of a matted dry mess. I am very impressed!
