What is it: WEN is a revolutionary new concept in cleansing hair that has Hollywood buzzing. It was developed as an alternative to the way people are used to washing their hair, eliminating the use of shampoo and its harsh detergents and chemicals.

Who is it for: All hair types.

Why is it different: The Cleansing Conditioner leaves your hair clean and hydrated without stripping or lather, since it doesn't contain any sodium lauryl sulfates.

The Styling Creme is a virtually weightless polishing gloss and styling gel. It helps to provide extra body and volume and also helps protect hair from the heat of styling tools.

The Volumizing Treatment Spray is key for achieving body and volume while also effectively replacing hair sprays for hold and sheen. It can be used as a root lift, or for allover body and volume.

The medium round boar-bristle brush has a laser-etched handle that's easy to grip, with a pointed tip for sectioning and nylon bristles that will give your hair a smooth, polished finish.

How do I use it: Cleansing Conditioner should be applied in four sections: crown, nape, ends on the right, and ends on the left. For hair above your ears, use a minimum of 12 pumps (three pumps per section). For hair above your shoulders, use a minimum of 16 pumps (four pumps per section). For hair down to your shoulders, use a minimum of 24 pumps (six pumps per section). For hair past your shoulders, use a minimum of 32 pumps (eight pumps per section). For hair to your mid-back, use a minimum of 40 pumps (10 pumps per section). For thicker/coarser hair, increase amount of pumps in order to thoroughly cleanse the scalp and hydrate ends.

After cleansing, apply Styling Creme to the mid-shaft and ends of wet hair. Style as desired.

After cleansing regimen, and applying both the leave-in conditioner and Styling Creme to soaking wet hair, spritz Volumizing Treatment Spray either at your roots for extra root lift, or 8" to 12" away from head for extra body.

Do NOT give up on Wen My niece gave me some of her Pomagrant cleanser to try on my hair. I have baby fine, thinning, broken off, natural blonde hair that has darkened with age with zero volume and body. I am 62. I had been lightening it a bit for several years. Well, I did not like the Pomagrant, my hair was greasy every time I used it, no matter how much I used. It always looked dirty. So, I read about all the different descriptions of the cleansers and decided to give Lavendar a try. I bought this set and I am so happy I did. I love it. My hair has never looked so good. I have body and volume for the first time in years and can go 2 days without washing it again. I will use this forever and bought the Lavendar for my 2 nieces to try. I am hooked. Thank you Chaz for creating this wonderful product. There truly is a cleanser for every hair type. And, I love the scent. Why the negative reviews on this scent is beyond me. 12-10-12

Great set This is another great set including the styling products that you need to protect your hair from any heat you might put on it!! Glad you included it & also the brush!! Chaz..still waiting for my pomegranate balm stick!!! And smaller for lips would be fabulous!! How about a set of little ones in different scents...maybe a set of 5??? And of the seasonals would be even better!! Merry Christmas & thanks for what you do!!! I recommend this set for anyone you'd like to get started on WEN!! I am gifting it for Christmas!! Everything Chaz Says Is TRUE!!!!! I've been using Wen since June 2012 and LOVE it. Everything Chaz says on air is true! I had good results with the cleanser but really got the WOW factor when i incorporated the styling products! I love you Chaz!!!!! I purchased this set to try the lavender scent and LOVE it!!!! I'm exclusively a Wen girl now. Chaz, I'm doing okay without hairspray - but would love you to come up with one! :-) 12-06-12

EXPENSIVE for what it is The products are good, but expensive for what they are. The brush has lost bristles after two uses. I wish I had kept the box because it would be going back. 11-30-12

Silky, Shiny Hair!!!!!! I went from dry, frizzy, straw-like hair to beautiful smooth hair. I'm amazed everyday how much I love my hair now. I can't stop touching my new silky hair. Chaz Dean gave me results that I never got with shampoo. Thank you, thank you. 11-08-12

This is the best hair product I have ever used I was reluctant to use this WEN when I first seen the advertisement. I thought it looked liked it would make my hair look flat, oily without seeing suds. HoweverI decided to try it . After the first use ever it was just the opposite. My hair looks and feels better that it ever has. I will never use any other product. Just to give you an idea how good it is, I colored my hair, and the color was awful. So I ended up doing something no one should ever do I stipped my hair and that did help much so I dyed it 2 more times. The color was right but it was coarse needless to say so washed it in the WEN Cleansing Conditioner, then I applied ReMoist Intensive Hair Treatment and left it in my hair for around 6 hours. When I rinsed, dryed,and styled it could not even be noticed the damage I had done. WEN is the only way to go. Thanks Chaz for making such wonderful products. 10-26-12

Essentials I got this in the sweet almond mint since this was only scent available. This kit contains all you need for the perfect blow dry. The dvd is an added bonus. 10-25-12

FABULOUS! I received this gift set (Pomegranate) last week and absolutely love the styling cream and volumizing spray AND the brush!!! I have been using WEN cleansing conditioner for about 2 months now and my hair has never been in better condition. I will not lather again! 10-24-12

Shouldn't Be Without If you are a Wen user new or seasoned this is a set you shouldn't be without. I 've used the styling products before in lavender but ordered this in pomergrate & love the scent. Plus the brush...wow, it really is different & helps you achieve the 'wen girls' hair with bounce & curl. Coming back today for more brushes & maybe another kit for me. Flexpay please come back on this asap so I can also order as gifts for Christmas. 10-24-12
