What is it: A uniquely formulated 6-in-1 cleanser designed to maintain the health and integrity of the hair. WEN Cleansing Conditioner replaces shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler, leave-in conditioner, and shave cream.

Who is it for: The WEN by Chaz Dean Cleansing Conditioner is designed for all ages, hair types, and ethnicities.

Why is it different: The WEN by Chaz Dean product line will effectively cleanse, condition, and hydrate your hair without stripping or robbing your hair of its natural nutrients and oils. WEN does not lather and does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate. WEN Cleansing Conditioners are created with herbs and infused with natural ingredients, adding moisture and sheen to your hair.

How do I use it: Rinse hair thoroughly, apply half of the WEN Cleansing Conditioner to your palms, and rub together. Apply evenly from your roots to your ends, making sure your hair is completely saturated with Cleansing Conditioner. Add an extra splash of water and thoroughly massage into your scalp and hair for several minutes. Comb through with a wide-tooth comb before rinsing thoroughly and completely.

Repeat the cleansing process, using the other half of the packet to ensure a thorough cleanse. Save a dime-sized amount to be used as leave-in conditioner.

Prior to rinsing, clip up and leave the Cleansing Conditioner in your hair for at least three to five minutes. The longer you leave it on, the better the results. Rinse thoroughly and completely.

After you have finished rinsing, while your hair is still soaking wet, apply a dime-sized amount of the Cleansing Conditioner to the mid-shaft and ends of your hair as a leave-in conditioner. Style as desired.

BOUGHT THE FIG I'm a WEN lady who love the fig or tea tree. Bought the fig travel packets. So convenient to travel with. My hair is thick, therefore, I have found that to sufficiently cleanse my hair, I must use 2. That's okay because I'm doing something nice for me! 06-17-13

WEN is the bomb!!! I have been using WEN for several years now and I have gotten to the point where it is the only product that I use on my hair. I am investing in many of Chaz's products for my hair and I love the WEN packets because they travel so well. I drop a couple into my toiletry kit and I am set. So convenient and I can use WEN without having to pour product into containers and the rest. I packet give you a couple of washings and I like washing my natural Afro hair almost every day during the summer. The body and health of my hair has gotten better and stronger! Chaz is the bomb, too!! I saw him in LAX but I could not catch him to tell him HOW much WEN has changed my life!!! 06-16-13

LOVE Wen I love love love WEN. I just ordered these travel packets due to some traveling and the restrictions on airlines now, but have not tried them. But I have even gotten some of my relatives onto WEN. I will pass on one comment tho - it DOES make a difference which scent you use for your hair type. I had gotten some of the ones that sounded so yummy and my hair was awful. I have the Sweet Almond Mint (my favorite) and the FIG. So if you get one and don't like what it does to your hair, try a different one - it made a huge difference in MY hair. 06-06-13

Great for carry-on luggage I bought these specifically for my carry-on luggage and could not be happier. I can't imagine being without my Wen so having Wen in a size that I would be allowed to put in a carry-on was a big deal. I am so happy with this product. Like other reviewers, I wish it had a zip-loc top since I have shorter hair, which is why I deducted one star. 06-06-13

Now WEN Goes Where I Go I've been traveling to Europe with my family for many summers now, and I used to have to leave my large unwieldy Wen bottles at home. I'm not good with travel bottles, so I didn't even try to squirt some in those. Instead, I used a high end, all natural salon product. But when I got back from my trips, I'd find my hair looking like a BEFORE shot on a Wen infomercial! Not only that, during my trips my hair wouldn't go where I told it to--like it does with Wen. I used these packets last year, and they were great. Now I never have to be without my Wen--and my hairdresser, my hair, and I are ever so thankful! 06-04-13

Great Product, Easy to Carry This review is specifically for the travel-sized packets, as I have left reviews for the actual product before. I got my hair colored before a recent trip to Vegas (for my wedding of all things) and wanted to make sure the color didn't fade, so this was the tried and true product I needed. Boy, was it easy to travel with these packets! So much easier to pack in my one-quart plastic bag (for carry-on luggage) than other travel-sized shampoos and conditioners! I packed 5 or so, but only used two; a little went a long way. Although anyone traveling could definitely benefit from these handy packets, I think this item would be a great gift idea for a bride to take on her honeymoon. Women spend so much money coloring and conditioning for the Big Day; it only makes sense to keep the end result fresh and in good shape after the wedding, especially when traveling to hot, dry locations. 05-31-13

Great travel companions I love these packets. Even though my hair is now well past shoulder length it's layered all over, so I get two uses out of each packet. I take them on every trip now. Am so glad I don't have to fill multiple smaller bottles with the cleansing conditioner for long trips. Unlike other reviewers, I haven't had an issue with the packaging - I press all the product to the bottom of the packet. Then, if it's opened right across the top using the tab you can squeeze out the amount needed and fold it over placing in a small zip bag without any mess. 04-10-13
