I'm sorry to write this review but i have to be honest.Mine was only 3/4 full and on TV they show the jars and they are FULL.wanted to try this product i have been using the styling cream and the 6-13 and love them.i did try this kept it in my hair over night did not see any difference.my hair is passed my waist I'm going to continue to use my 6-13 you get a lot more product for just a few more dollars this was $69.04 with s&h and tax to expensive for me sent it back and had to pay $6.95 waist of my money id rather be out 6.95 than 69.00

Wen Girl Here - The best products for your hair
I started using Wen shampoo in 2009 and I can never go back to anything else.
I am a Wen Girl. People are always complimenting me on my hair and all I say is Wen. Thank you Mr. Dean.
I recommend you/wen to everyone.
My hair is very dry and almost everyday I need to put some kind of moisturizer on it.
I tried the re-moist hydrating hair mask and it made my hair so soft when it was dried and styled.
I still need something for everyday use so I am going to try the re moist on my hair when it is dry and see how it works.
I would love to have Mr. Dean work on my hair personally and give me some tips on how to manage it better.
That is on my wish list.

quality control
I use the wen shampoo regularly. I accompany it with the rehydrating mask occasionally.
I like the mask . but for the money i expect a full jar. You open it and the top is smooth and filled to the brim. If you look at the side of the jar it is 1/4 empty. this happened to me recently . I called qvc and they sent a replacement . I looked at the new jar from the side and it too was 1/4 empty but appeared full from the top. I am keeping this one since i figure between the two jars i actually got a full jar of hair mask. But I WILL NOT ORDER IT AGAIN because Its expensive and the least they could do is provide a full jar of the product.

I washed my hair with one of my WEN Cleansing Conditioners. After rinsing my hair - I applied this to my hair while it was still soaking wet. I took a wide tooth comb and combed in in my hair ...from my scalp to the ends. I left it in there so long (It says the longer you leave it on the better)...until my hair had completely dried. My hair was not sticky or oily ....I mean you could tell it had a conditioner on that needed to be rinsed out...so I just decided to leave it on my hair all night. Then I got up the next morning - got in the shower and used my WEN Cleansing Conditioner to wash it out of my hair. All I can say is AWESOME. I have extremely fine and thinning hair. It truly did pump my hair up. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

Truely Outstanding!
This product has given me amazing results on my hair. My hair is long color treated and over time has become very dry - I have been using the Cleansing Conditioner for over a year now and the other products for the last 7 months. All are very pricey - but hte re-moist really works. I use it once a week and lose the dryness. I leave it on over night and have been putting my hair into a pony tail and putting it into a plastic bag to avoid the re-moist from drying. Fantastic results - I can't wait until my hair has grown out to where I have only hair that has only seen Chaz Dean products - Before using these products, I was having trouble with breakage and hair loss and that problem no longer exists. Thanks Chaz - you have saved my hair!

Now I'm addicted, Darn It!
I bought this product while planning to purchase Six Thirteen again. Six13 is wonderful, but it wasn't on EasyPay. This mask was on EasyPay for a change, so I decided to try it, fully expecting to not see/feel much of a difference. I was wrong!!! This stuff is wonderful. Oh my goodness...my hair has a "just left the salon" look every day now. It is even softer than before, and a co-worker who doesn't really like me said, "Your hair is beautiful". How's that for results?!
I hate the expense and I will experiment to find just how little I can apply, while still achieving wonderful results. Thanks to WEN products, I now visit my stylist only when it's time for a cut, so I guess that helps ease the pain of the expense.

PLEASE MAKE IN SEASONAL VARIETIES
I love this product, but I would really to be able to get them in the seasonal fragrances. I think you'd sell a lot more of them if you did offer this in the fragrances that we become addicted to, like pumpkin and winter mint. PLEASE CHAZ, DO THEM IN SEASONALS.

Body/texture for thin/fine hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This product gives my hair great body/thickness!! I use it differently from the instructions...after washing, I apply this directly to the hair, root out, and roll my hair on rollers/dry. Leaving this product on the hair (mine is terribly thin and I've had hair loss) gives wonderful thickness/texture to my hair. I'm 72 and poorly endowed with good hair!! You might want to try this technique....sure works for me. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! bbaker

Works great but why SO expensive?
I've been using Wen cleansing conditioner consistently for almost a year now because nothing else maintains my color the way Wen does. I switch to other brands that I like better when I am simply highlighting my hair, but when I am coloring it red, as I am currently, I find I have to use Wen to maintain my color. Having used Wen straight for a long time for the first time ever (I used to alternate Wen with other brands) I do find my hair is dryer and more split at the ends. I have come to realize that, unfortunately, using just the cleansing conditioner alone or with the styling products is not enough. If you want to have hair like the Wen models, you do need to use the mask and the oils consistently. I finally broke down and tried this mask in the sweet almond and it works great. it made my hair soft and silky and much healthier looking. I have tried other masks from other lines in conjunction with Wen and didn't find them to work as well as this mask. The people who complain about the amount you get for this price are right-- if you have very long hair or a lot of hair then you will probably only get 4-5 uses out of this jar and that comes out to over $10 per use. I love this product and will continue to use it, but I think it's overpriced. I really do like Wen and appreciate that it allows me to keep my color, but I hope Chaz and QVC will offer up some better deals on the additional products that are needed if you are committing to this line. I'm not someone who minds splurging on beauty products and I am beginning to find Wen to be an over the top expense when you factor in all the extras you need to get the results that are promised from just the cleansing conditioner. I always scoop up the TSVs on the cleansing conditioners so I can stock up, but how about some equally great deals on the masks and oils?

Jar is Half Empty!!!
I opened the jar to use the product and touched my finger to the center of the jar. The center collapsed because there is a huge hole--like a tunnel--in the center of the jar. I paid full price and received half of the product. From the other reviews, it sounds like this is a quality control issue.

1/2 jar !
interestingly I too received a jar that had a giant
"air" hole in it - which when pressed down revealed
less than 1/2 jar of actual product
which I cannot conceive is the entire 4 oz worth.
Certainly not a good value at $68. when you
factor in tax s&h.....are you kidding me?
I returned it and will not be re-ordering.

I use a couple of other WEN products on a regular basis but was disappointed in this one.
