Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Product But The Packaging... The product on the inside makes my hair silky soft and feathery light BUT the packaging is another story. I love the dropper idea but my cap doesn't twist all the way on. Half is all the way on yet the other half isn't. It's like the cap is slanted and nothing I do can get the whole cap on. One of my bottles has always been that way and the second just started doing it too. I'm hoping its sealed and I don't lose any product because this stuff is expensive ! Hopefully it's just my bottles that are defective because this stuff truly is amazing otherwise. 07-04-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by day use is safe for my asthma! I have been using Wen conditioning cleaner for years, and recently started trying the intensive treatment oil. I have baby fine hair, and I have a lot of hassle trying to get my hair to have any kind of volume, and I hoped the treatment oil could help. I also have asthma and am extremely sensitive to strong fragrance, so I was nervous to try the treatment oils (I have used the Cucumber Aloe conditioner for years with no problem, and recently experimented with and discovered I can also safely use the Sweet Almond Peppermint conditioner without aggravating my asthma). The treatment oils' scents are too strong for me to wear overnight, but I am able to use both the Cucumber Thyme and the Sweet Almond Peppermint during the day. I use them 1-3 times a week when I have the time to leave the treatment on for 3-5 hours while I putter around the house. I can see the difference in my hair and am quite happy! Thanks, Chaz! I am proud to say I am a Wen girl! 06-06-16

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hair Growth! I have been using this oil for two years. The hair on the top of my head is now filling in. I need a 55 gallon drum of it for what I use it for. Bug bites, cuts, keeping bug away! 02-24-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Restoring My Hair I started using the Tea tree oil in August of 2015. I use it every day. Twice daily. I would guess that a third to half of my hair is new growth. I believed in Chaz so much that I traveled to his salon in California to see if the condition of my hair could be reversed. It was the best decision I have ever made. I followed his instructions to the letter. I told Chaz recently that I would spend my own money to come to QVC to show the amazing difference. And we have the photos to prove the transition. I will never use anything else on my hair. Thank you so much Chaz for giving me my hair back. 01-16-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Oil smells really bad I got the fig sweet orange oil and I usually do an overnite treatment with the oils but this one smelled so bad that I had to get up in the middle of the nite and rinse off my hair. I am returning. 01-06-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not like the original Lavender Treatment Oil I liked the original Lavender Treatment oil so much that I thought I might try another fragrance in the line. This Tea Tree oil smells like turpentine and in no way is like the Lavender oil. I use the lavender on my dogs to ward off ticks and fleas, as well as on my own hair. My dogs won't come near this tea tree stuff. And, the odor lasts for hours. Wish I had opened it sooner as it would be winging its way back to QVC. 12-17-15
