Will make your hair gorgeous
I ran out of Wen and was using other conditioners but my hair looked dry and frizzy. I ordered the bigger size of Wen and right away it made a big difference. I blow dry my hair and it gets very dry and harsh looking. Wen is the perfect product to make it look smooth and pretty. I highly recommend it. It is worth every penny.

Was So Excited....BUT
I ordered this in March, and returned it in March. I wanted to love it, but between the smell and the amount of shedding it caused was scary. I have very thick, wavy, color treated hair but never had gobs of hair come out in the shower. After I stopped using WEN, my hair went back to normal with little to no fallout. I'm sure this doesn't happen to everyone, but seeing those clumps of hair in the shower every day scared the bejesus out of me. I started using Forever Young Head Phirst Shampoo and Conditioner after reading a recommendation from model Carol Alt. It contains no sulfates and is packed with other all natural ingredients My hair is soft and shiny and the smell of peppermint, lavender, and rosemary is wonderful :)

Waited a Long Time
Well I am a Q girl and I have been watching the commercials for WEN for a few years now. I finally bought the 32oz bottle on easy pay and its only been a week but I see a difference.
I am a 52 year old hispanic with very dry,frizzy, curly hair. I have stopped relaxing my hair for 5 years now and I only color it for the gray and at times for highlights.
The first thing I noticed was the softness, I also see more definition to my curls so both are a plus.
I have also just ordered the Fig kit, with another 16oz cleanser, styling creme, oil and balm. Hopefully I will eventually get rid of that dry look. It feels soft but I want it to look soft also.

Only Fig !
I love Wen cleansing condition soooooo much. I have been using it for several years and love Fig the best. the smell and feel of it gives my hair the best results. My problem began when I was willing to try the seasonal favorites. Thought I like them a lot, they do not compare to Fig. I am vey happy to say that from this day forward I will be totally loyal to Fig and promise never to stray ever again.

Not quite sure
I have wavy hair that knots up and was hoping this would help. My hair still gets tangled and there are days I have to rip through it with a comb. I have noticed in the week I have used it - I seem to be losing more hair than ever in the shower. Don't think this is making my hair thicker. I can't fathom how I would need 40 pumps when 10 pumps seems to just drown my hair with conditioner. Am I doing something wroing? Also, I am not comfortable with using this as a leave in conditioner and am still using my other products after I get out of the shower. Could this be a factor?

If you color your hair do not use this
I do love the way this makes my hair feel and smell BUT I have to color my roots every 2 wks. My hair grows One inch a month and no im not lying. I had so much color build up on my hair that i had to stop using anything by Wen. I had to buy color stripper and put it in my hair to get all of the color build up out of it. This shampoo does not release any of the color after coloring and it made my hair turn black. My hair is Dark Auburn and it turned Black. It took me a while to figure out what was doing it. So unfortunately I will have to stop using Wen unless he comes up with something else. Plus its way to costly for me. So if you don't color your hair this will be great to use.

This is a treatment shampoo on the fence
I have been toying over purchasing this for over a year due to the cost. The first try I was ready to send it back then read the instructions again. The 2nd usage it was great, 3rd gunky and 5th so far so good. I have short hair above the ears.
What I found is this. It takes me 18 pumps.....
When rinsing your hair prior to applying product you Need to really rinse squeaky clean!
Take the 2-3 min to apply the full amount indicated scrubbing your scalp then big comb through. Now I leave it on for at least 15-20 minutes. You will feel it tingle. Make sure to rinse it out thoroughly , squeaky clean again then when hair is still soaking wet apply 1-2 pumps not a huge amount to ends and comb through. Wrap a towel gently do not rub water out. When damp then style.
I am still on the fence trying to figure out the correct usage for me. When styled my hair is full and shiny if done correctly. There is no skimping on this product, if you are short on funds this is not for you as you have to use a lot to get the proper results. I can't emphasize enough, make sure you massage well, let it marinate in your hair and rinse completely.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I received Fig cleansing conditioner yesterday and I Love it... My hair has changed after 1st wash. my frizzes are gone. just natural bounce. Easy to use for beautiful hair.
I will never lather my hair again. I will only be using WEN for my hair care products and can't wait to try the mousse the replenishing mist and the volumizing treatment spray. Thank You Chaz.

Wen - Fig Cleansing Conditioner
This product is the only one I can use on my hair. Today I ran out of the cleansing conditioner and had to use another product. The results were horrendous. I could not comb my hair, it was impossible, my hair felt like it was glued together...completely unmanageable. I have straight hair, above my shoulders and ONLY Wen can keep my hair nice and clean, bouncy and just perfect. In addition my hair is colored so by using this cleansing conditioner, the color stays on longer. I used to have a dry scalp and could not use dark clothes. Those days are over. Thank you Wen.

Pretty decent! :)
Not bad, not bad. It leaves my hair soft and easy to comb through. My curl pattern is a little bit more noticeable now that I've used it twice.But since I have very kinky (I'm going to assume 3c/4c and it shrinks ALOT), it's harder to tell the curl pattern. The Fig scent is quite strong, but it's not terribly bad. I'm going to assume that the other scents smell better than this one. But this product contains more moisture to the hair. A few of my friends said my hair looks quite healthy (with the exception of my flakes caused by psoriasis. yuckie! :[ ) I feel like this works better with natural hair (as in not using heat). When you use heat, it may looks nice at first (lots of volume, curl stays, light), but once the moisture goes away, it starts feeling dry and brittle until you wash again. Twist outs looks perfect though! Just use water and shea butter as you twist and wait for it to dry . It'll look really nice! One of these days, I'll try the other scents, but this one seems to do fine. I just hope this bottle lasts for a while. My hair is pretty thick and they instructions keep saying I need more pumps! I MUST MAKE IT STRETCH!

Great Product...Bad Fragrance
I love WEN products but the fragrance of "Fig" smells like cough syrup. It's really bad, otherwise, the product is great. I usually use Lavender but because I have curly hair and it's the rainy season, I thought I'd try Fig because it's formulated for curly hair and the frizzies. When it's empty, I'll be going back to Lavender.
