What is it: A revolutionary step toward beautiful, healthy-looking, shiny hair. WEN Cleansing Conditioner replaces shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler, leave-in conditioner, and even shaving cream.

Who is it for: Sweet Almond Mint is a universal cleansing agent that doesn't weigh hair down. For all hair types, especially those with fine-to-medium hair.

Lavender is a universal cleanser formulated for all hair types, particularly dry, dehydrated, or color-treated hair. Great for creating volume without weighing hair down.

Fig is a rich-density cleanser that helps to moisturize, hydrate, and replenish hair. For all hair types, it contains moisturizing properties for medium-to-coarse, wavy-to-curly, and ethnic hair.

Pomegranate is formulated for all hair types to add moisture without weighing hair down.

Tea Tree is exceptional for dry, flaky, or sensitive scalps. For all hair types, it has moisturizing properties for medium-to-coarse, wavy-to-curly, and ethnic hair.

Cucumber Aloe is ideal for oily scalps and dry hair. For all hair types, it's exceptional for fine-to-medium hair.

Why is it different: WEN cleansing conditioner is detergent-free, yet gently cleanses and moisturizes.

How do I use it: Apply in four sections: crown, nape, ends on the right, and ends on the left. For hair above your ears, use a minimum of eight pumps (two pumps per section). For hair above your shoulders, use a minimum of 12 pumps (three pumps per section). For hair down to your shoulders, use a minimum of 16 pumps (four pumps per section). For hair past your shoulders, use a minimum of 20 pumps (five pumps per section). For hair to your mid-back, use a minimum of 24 pumps (six pumps per section). For thicker/coarser hair, increase amount of pumps in order to thoroughly cleanse the scalp and hydrate ends. Please see FAQ tab for more specific information and approximate pumps per bottle.

WEN Lavender on Fine, Straight Hair Product: WEN Lavender Hair: Fine, stick straight, medium length, colored a dark auburn every 7 weeks Length of Time Using: 14 months I started using WEN October 2013. My hair at the time hadn't been cut/colored in a very long time. It looked bad, and I knew it. I opted for when because I was tired of frumpy looking hair. 2 weeks after I started using it, I could see a difference. I won't say I noticed it immediately because my hair was in bad shape. This isn't a miracle cure nor is it an excuse not to get your hair trimmed up on a regular basis. After getting my hair cut, colored, and restored to something lovely, I noticed WEN did a fantastic job. My hair looked (and still looks) terrific. It's shiny, healthy, has swing, and feels good. It does indeed make the color last longer. Mine lasts a good 2-3 weeks longer. I only return for color at 7 weeks because of my greys growing in. I go red and reds fade faster than browns. My stylist has given up trying to get me to buy the salon sponsored Paul Mitchell Lemon-Sage products. The key to getting a good result is rinsing your hair. It took me a few tries to find the right amount (12 pumps broken into 6-rinse-6-wait a bit), and at first I wasn't rinsing enough because my hair was limp. Need to rinse, rinse, rinse. This product is expensive, but to me it's worth it. I have eliminated all other hair products although the WEN hair texturizer works best to eliminate fly aways and protect from the flat iron. (For me it gives no texture whatsoever.) I started with the Cucumber-Mint but have found the Lavender works best for fine, stick straight hair. 12-15-14
faulty pump Received product timely. Placed the pump in the bottle,no product from the pump. Faulty pump really disappointed in that. Like to receive another pump 12-14-14
Best of the Best... Tea Tree After one year of WEN, I have the healthiest hair since my twenties! I start with 613 for my first conditioning and then follow with Tea Tree. *Everyone needs to find what works best for them. I have my favorite seasonal fragrances that I use with my Tea Tree as well. Only one has been a little too fragrant for me (Fall Apple). My hair is thicker and the new growth from the Tea Tree is amazing. Thank you, Chaz, for healthy hair. *Note: Rinsing is the key for those who do not think that this works. Always rinse last with the coolest water... 12-06-14
More Cucumber Please! Cucumber is the most under rated product WEN makes. I find it totally indispensable. I start every cleanse with this product. It prevents my scalp from ever getting oily. And the scent is so fresh! I use many of the other scents for my ends because I have long hi lighted hair, but I would love to have the volumizing treatment spray and the styling cream in this scent. I use the Cucumber body cleanser after working out too. It's just so clean! Please keep making it. I feel like the hosts don't talk about it enough because they just promote their own favorites. 12-06-14
Not for Fine Hair Before purchasing this or any other Wen product , look at Wen's own hair. I ended up throwing most of mine out because it made my straight, fine hair oily, heavy, and lank. 12-06-14
love the lavendar great hair care system. took some getting use to but now it's all wen all the time. 12-05-14
Tea Tree My favorite for my type of hair; very fine, straight, colored, no volume. WEN is more expensive then shampoo but I don't need to cleanse as often, after learning to use properly, In three years, I've tried all, except green tea or tree bamboo, (because it sells out quickly) but will be delivered soon. Until then, Tea Tree, I find is best on my hair type. Oh, 613 is a perfect addition for extra moisture. The combo does not weigh down my hair. 12-05-14
very oily curly hair have been using Wen a few weeks, love it, but why don't they ever show on the air how to style curly hair, unless it's on an African-american. and how to style without using a round brush. just scrunch and blow dry. My hair is curly and very oily, has to be washed every day. I am an older woman with hair that's starting to thin, I bought Wen hoping it would help keep my hair from breaking and getting thinner. thanks 12-03-14
After a year of using Wen my hair is soooo thin! I would give this a minus 5 stars if I could. I bought the super large dispenser of the shampoo after trying a single bottle and finding that it made my hair very soft. That was when my hair was very thick and full of body. In the last 2 months I noticed my hair feeling noticeably thin, and fine along the hairline my hair was almost too thin to see. It was wispy and kept flying around my eyes ad into my mouth it was so fine. Then I noticed when looking in a mirror at the back of my head I could see scalp throughout the top of my head. My hair had become so thin I could not completely cover the scalp no matter what I tried. I went online and there is a class action suit against Wen brought by people who have also experienced extreme hair loss while using the Wen shampoo cleansing conditioner. I recently realized my vacuum roller looks like it is wrapped in hair due to the huge volume of hair that has fallen out of my head all around the house. It was so thickly wrapped around it that I could not pull it free, I had to cut it away from the vacuum. I would not touch this product again. It is not appropriate for long term use. It clogs the pores and builds up after time, creating an unhealthy scalp. This is what my dermatologist told me. She had another person with the same issue after using Wen. I just hope by stopping it and properly cleaning my scalp, I can get some if not all of my hair to grow back. This has changed my life for the worse.. 12-03-14
Frizz Free at Last I'm new to WEN and have only used it 3 times. But, I can't believe that it's raining and my crazy curly, frizzy, medium- fine, pain-in-the__ hair is smooth and soft! I used the Fig conditioning cleanser with a little styling cream just on the ends and blew it out with my big round styling brush. My hair looks beautiful with smooth, shiny curls on the ends, even after I slept on it. Maybe I can finally give up my flat iron and save tons of time on my hard to manage hair. I even got my first hair compliment last night from the cashier at the grocery store. This product is like a huge gift to myself and I'm so glad that after a year of watching Chaz Dean on QVC that I finally tried WEN. 12-02-14
Problems with pump big time My very first 32 oz bottle stopped pumping half way through the bottle! I cleaned out what was stuck in the pump, it worked once, then clogged up again very near the top of the pump. I can't get that part out. I'm very upset because I bought a seasonal 32 oz Ginger Pumpkin just before I started having trouble with my first 32 oz pump. Are there replacement pumps for these? I don't understand how these 32 oz bottles are even rated a 4! 11-29-14
LOVE I love them smell and the way my hair feels, thick and shiny! 11-29-14
