WEN by Chaz Dean Choice of 32 oz Cleansing Conditioner
Best Hair Cleanser
This is the BEST hair cleanser on the market. My daughter and I just love it. Makes your hair soft and shiny and smells great! You will see results almost instantly.
I been using Wen for two years now and this is the best product for your hair. I just wish the pumps would not break. I strongly recommend this for people that want their hair in great condition.
Didn't work for me
The pump stopped working and my hair looks dirty and greasy. The more I use doesn't help and it's very expensive to use so much.
Customer Service !!! YEAH
I love the WEN products, been using them for years, but I want to take a minute and acknowledge the great job the folks at Chaz Dean do at answering any questions I have about the products, their usage and best ways to adjust when conditions or seasons change what my hair needs..
And how great their support is!! The one time in 4 years of using all the WEN products that I got a bad pump--they replaced immediately, no questions asked.
Great job gang! Thank you
Loving the WEN!
I have been using WEN for about 6 months now and I really like it. The condition of my hair is improving and my color stays longer.
Love love love
I originally started using WEN about 3 years ago. I stopped using it for about a year due to cost. Don't know why I ever went back to regular shampoo. WEN makes my hair so soft, shiny and full. I have very thin hair, but a lot of it. My scalp tends to be oily and my ends dry, not when using WEN though. Shampoo always would dry out my ends and make them super frizzy. I started using lavender, but have since switched to pomegranate. So happy I did. While I like the lavender, the pomegranate makes my hair so soft and smells so good. Can't wait to try all the seasonal ones.
WEN is a good product for color treated, or sensitive scalp especially with elderly. However, the pump has broken with every single purchase. The absolute worst packaging. For as expensive as it is, a solid dispenser would be great.
Pump issue drops my rating since it's not easy to get the cleanser out to actually use when the pump is broken.
I love this product, but my one complaint is the pump.Once you get to 1/4 of the conditioner. The pump doe not work,Need to come up with a better solution.
Tea Tree Was The Answer to My Problem!!
I am not a review-writer but have to write about this just in case someone else has an issue. I never had scalp issues (itchy and flakes) until recently. I tried over-the-counter stuff and that helped but did not solve the problem. I finally went to the dermatologist and was told that the dry scalp, itching (and I mean intense itching) and flakes were due to hormonal changes (the Big M) and I got a prescription shampoo. It was harsh and smelled bad. It, too, helped but did not completely solve the problem. I Googled home remedies and saw that tea tree oil would help. I was watching the Q one night and saw Lisa presenting the Tea Tree Wen and thought I would give it a try. Hello! My answer. I am not kidding. It has totally taken care of my issue. And it's fabulous on my hair. Love it! If you have this issue, give it a try. It worked for me.
The product itself works pretty well...I have fine, straight hair which frizzes in humidity and Wen sort of controlled the frizzies.
1) You don't need to use as much product as the packaging suggests. My hair is cut just above my shoulders & I only need 3-4 pumps.
2) Not happy about the packaging. The pump doesn't get all the way to the bottom of the bottle so you need to keep it upside down..which is fine. I do that anyway w/regular shampoo, body wash, etc. when the bottle starts getting empty. It's the Wen product that's difficult to get out of the bottle at that point.
3) The styling products completely weighed my hair down. I applied to the middle of the hair shaft to the ends...after all these years I know not to put anything on my roots.
The MAIN reason I'll continue to use Wen? It doesn't touch my hair color...AT ALL!! I get my hair colored at an Aveda salon & while I love their products & professional hair color the products are a bit harsh for my hair & skin. Wen DOES NOT wash your color out...the color isn't dull, it doesn't get brassy. All I worry about are my roots!
This is a update. I have been using wen for 3 years, it has stopped all the itching and dandruff! I went to the salan and forgot my wen!! Big mistake. Went to itching and dry scalp immediately. Will never go without again! Thanx for a product that does what it says it will do
Tried 2x, I don't get it!
I have tried several different Wen products and I just don't get it. I have listened to the presentation several times and read the reviews. The products do not work for me. I have fine hair that is NOT chemically treated. I had hoped these products would help add volume......NOPE. I sent everything back. Not a fan......
