What is it: WEN Bamboo Green Tea Cleansing Conditioner is a gentle, unique hair cleanser designed to help improve radiance and shine. It cleanses gently yet thoroughly.

Who is it for: Anyone concerned with how their hair looks and feels, and wants to care for their hair. It's formulated for all hair types.

Why is it different: Bamboo Green Tea Cleansing Conditioner is a nutrient-rich formula that includes rice protein, a vitamin-infused bamboo water complex, and an antioxidant-packed tea complex to help improve hair's radiance and shine.

How do I use it: Apply Bamboo Green Tea Cleansing Conditioner to scalp and hair per label directions, adding a splash of water to evenly distribute. Massage thoroughly into hair and leave on for the remainder of your shower. Rinse thoroughly and completely. Apply 1/2 to 1 pump--depending on hair length and texture--to soaking wet hair as a leave-in conditioner. For best results, it's highly suggested that you cleanse, rinse, and repeat, using half the pumps for the first cleanse, and the remaining half for the second cleanse.

YOUR NEXT WEN MODEL This is my new favorite. Love the Pom but Bam has won me over. Since using when everyone including my beautician can see the difference in my hair. I use it, my mom, sister and now co-workers. If I can sell Wen at work like people sell Avon... OMG!!!! Just wish there was a Spanish version of the instructional video so my beautician can watch it. Please make the Mousse, styling gel, oils...everything you offer in the BamBoo Green Tea as well. xoxoxoxo 07-20-14
Yes! w a splash of no, lol Love Wen....been using Lavender for so long, thought I'd try Bamboo Gr Tea....the scent is luscious...however, I'm also noticing a slight oily look to my part area.....after reading many reviews I will add a lil Lavender to it to see if I like the 2 combos together.. My hair is fine and I have a lot of it, shoulder length, but I must wash my hair 32 oz size doesn't seem to last long enough, but my 5 pumps total each time does the job:) 07-11-14
WEN BELIEVER-- What took me so long! After years of watching WEN on infomercials and QVC, I gave the Bamboo Green Tea cleansing conditioner a try. I followed the directions and was stunned by the amazing results. My fine hair was soft, yet manageable; it looked remarkably different after one cleansing. Today I decided to wash my hair with the "other" products again. Big Mistake! My virgin grayish hair color seems harsher now, and the texture is very different, feels dry again... looks like the model's hair on QVC that washes half her head with WEN/other shampoo. I 'm more convinced than ever that WEN is really good for your hair. I have to use up the "other" organic stuff, so the process of alternating products for a while will be painful. I can't wait to say I'm a WEN user ALL THE TIME! I have one negative comment concerning the pump operation. It is EXTREMELY difficult to unlock for use the first time. I gave 4 stars because the pump operation is fair at best. I think the pump fix should be more of a priority. 07-11-14
works well I like this product however takes a lot of pumps for one washing I have medium to long hair and have to rinse twice with it in order to get my hair throughly clean. After using it only a few times the bottle more then half empty also I find I have to switch in between washings with another regular shampoo other wise my hair becomes to oily.Only real complaint I have is it is expensive and does not last long . 07-07-14
Nice I had tried other WEN cleansing conditioners before and they were just so-so, but after reading the hair types for this product thought I would try again. I like it so far, even when my hair has gone a couple of days between shampoos, it does not look greasy and stringy. 07-05-14
Not worth the money I have ordered Wen cleansing conditioners a few times over the years. There is nothing that makes me want to clean my hair exclusively with this product. I was hoping that my blonde highlights might fade less while using this product but it made no difference what so ever. I object to the before and afters with the models. The girls who are there and have used a foaming shampoo have hair that looks like it was deliberately frizzed and not styled. When I used the Wen my hair looked exactly the same as when I washed it with a normal lathering shampoo. I cannot understand all the claims since I have never seen any kind of improvement when using Wen. It is just too expensive a product to not see any positive improvement. Not once did I look in the mirror and think I am so glad I started using Wen. I will finish using it every now and then and don't plan to reorder and don't understand how the hosts can rave about this product. 07-03-14
LOVE Wen just not Bamboo Green Tea I have slowly switched over to Bamboo Green Tea over the past couple of months. After a long process of elimination (due to many factors), I was finally able to pinpoint BGT as causing my dry and itchy scalp. Even my skin is dry from it being washed out of my hair onto my body. Maybe it's a sensitivity of some sort, I don't know. I don't have this problem with 613, Cucumber Aloe and previously Sweet Almond Mint. Also, for some reason, my hair just won't hold a style. I definitely won't purchase BGT again. On a positive note, I LOVE Wen and truly believe if someone doesn't like these products they're not using them exactly as directed - or it's the wrong formula for their hair. When I started using Wen again earlier this year I was losing a significant amount of hair - Wen has definitely helped with that and can see more hair growing back every day. I just changed my auto-delivery to Lavender and hope it's a great match for my hair! I would give Bamboo Green Tea only 1 star from my own experience, however, because Wen products are so good overall, I bumped it to 3 stars as I don't think my experience is probably the norm. 06-30-14
Thank goodness for Wen! First purchase of Wen and I jumped right into a gallon size of this formulation. I had started using organic hair and skin care products for about 3 years now and was never adventurous enough to try Wen. Finally, I made the leap and very glad I did. Chaz's concept of cleansing conditioner really makes sense. Three other organic skin care products saved my skin and I would be forever with at least one of them. So this whole concept was what I was looking for all this time. The results have been wonderful.... my hair has been breaking off a lot lately and I noticed I had started cutting my hair short for the past year. It has only been two weeks and this product made it soft, full of body and shiny. I also added my own at-home conditioning treatment to my hair every other day in addition to washing with Wen everyday. I cannot go without washing my hair more than one day because of oily scalp. This formulation easily cleaned my scalp yet left my hair soft, shinny and full of body. I am working on my hair everyday now because of Wen. I know mine will look just like the Wen models on QVC. So it is a journey to see how my hair will look in 6 months when I receive my next shipment, AD of this formula. I really look forward to trying other formulas like the Fig, since I still need a lot of conditioning. Chaz, I am glad you brought this to us. I look forward to new concepts in hair care you will bring us. BTW, I just purchased the SHP oil treatment. Love the scent. However, need to back down a bit -- just a tad strong. 613 is also on my list! 06-30-14
Not universal I'm a Wen gal. LOVE Wen. So thought I'd try this new flavor. My hair (thin, straight) became dirty within hours. One of the reason I LOVE Wen is that I don't need to shampoo as often and my hair is so, so healthy. Not with Bamboo Green Tea. Back to Sweet Almond Mint and 613 for me. 06-28-14
Bamboo Green Tea Not For Me I agree with the other reviews that the Bamboo Green Tea leaves your hair greasy and flat. I have fine thin hair and the Bamboo Green Tea just isn't working. I have used sweet almond mint, and the seasonals. They are great and they continue to work good on my hair and leave it with a lot of volume but the Bamboo Green Tea is bad =(. 06-28-14
Hair Loss I just tried Wen because of all the hype about it. For the first month it seemed to be okay - I had a lot of hair loss but when I call their customer service center I was told that it was normal and that new hair growth would come in. Well I have so much hair loss on the top of my hair that you can see my scalp. I know that this is a very popular with a lot of people but it seems that the girls they have on the air all have a massive amount of hair so some hair loss they would not even notice. I am so disappointed with this product and again I am hoping that since I stopped using it my hair will start to grow back. 06-24-14
Very Happy Hair I have fine, medium length hair with a "mind of its own". Three years ago I decided to give Wen a "go". It took me 6 months to find my niche. The verdict was in - Lavender Cleansing ruled for starters. Shine and volume.... Then I found Bamboo Green Tea; learned it provided shine, elasticity and volume - just what the good doctor ordered and what I truly needed. Since combining formulas is the big thing; I decided to combine my core, Lavender and the Bamboo Green Tea; I used 2 pumps of Lavender Cleansing/2 pumps of Bamboo Green Tea, along with the cleanse, rinse and repeat. I was amazed at the results. Finally, after many years, I am sold, spoiled rotten and my hair finally has its 5-Star teammates. Never say never. It's about Patience, Persist and Pursue......the Wen Way Chaz, you've created a beautiful monster:)) Thank you. 06-24-14
