WEN by Chaz Dean Bamboo Green Tea Cleansing Conditioner
Love Bamboo Green Tea
The bamboo green tea and fig are my absolute two favorites. LOVE...LOVE...LOVE!!!
WEN Bamboo Green Tea
I purchased the Bamboo Green Tea last month and love it. Thank you Chaz for thinking about your customers who have celiac disease and cannot have nuts or wheat products. The green tea is fantastic. I also put a few drops of Green Tea oil purchased from a company called Youngevity so I have extra green tea and now my hair looks fantastic. I love this Bamboo Green tea conditioner! It also smells heavenly!
Hair like I had in my 20's !!
I decided to restart using WEN at the same time I invested in full highlights and style for the summer because the highlights dramatically change the texture of my hair (makes it more coarse, etc.) and I want to preserve the color as long as I can. The results have been, well, to overuse a word, amazing. I have received compliments and questions on my hair every day since (going on two weeks). My hair is unbelievably managable with the use of WEN cleansing conditioner only ...it is, well, amazing! After cleansing, I will take a tiny amount (half dime size) and work through the ends of my hair, put up in towel while I put on makeup, etc.. This provides any extra conditioning I need. I LOVE the fact that I only need this one product. My hair is so soft, shiny and alive! My hair looks very youthful and apparently makes me appear younger than I am (this comment has come from others..). I am in my mid-50's. Thanks Chaz! Looking forward to trying the Orange Blossom, ordering it today!
This product makes my hair so much easier to manage and I do not have to use a detangler.
Bamboo Green Tea
I have tried in the past all of Chaz cleansers, and this is the icing on the cake,. It has help my hair grow, and keeps it shiny and bouncy, I had alot of medical problems in the past, gone threw kimo in the past and battled with hair that never grew even,. Chaz god bless you! You are such a wonderful human being,!.. Thank you for thinking of us girls that do have allergies,to nut ect,.. I can finailly say i am a Wen girl!!! please continue to make this line grow, as for the wen kids Apple that line is excellent too,. please help it grow more,..
For my final thoughts: Chaz Celebrate The Wonderful You!
P.S. I must tell you Chaz that your oils do work, My favorite is the tree tea oil it has really made my hair grow even for the first time! I just celebrated my 50th B.day in Feb and my hair has never looked better, looking forward in trying the pomergant too, due to that I suffer from allergies.
Not so great
So, I am not so crazy about it. The shampoo smells great but my hairs didn't get any softener or nicer. Huge disappointment for that kind of money!
I wasted my money on this purchase. I have very fine hair and am constantly looking for a product that will provide not only gentle cleansing, but shine and body also. I thought the price was too high but if WEN could provide my needs I was willing to give it a try. The product is way too thick - reminded me of Crisco - and it's impossible to wash out. My initial try left my hair a greasy mess. I tried it a second time and rinsed, and rinsed, and rinsed, but still could not rinse it all out. I then tried diluting it in water but it was still sticky and greasy. I wish I had returned this stuff after my first use but I waited too long. A very high price for a container of grease. Don't waste your money.
Of all Wen cleansing conditioners this is the only one that smells like regular shampoo. I love this scent most of all separate from the seasonals. Unlike some who have written reviews. I don't use any of the cleansing conditioners all the time. I change it up every night. I have lavendar, sweet almond mint, bamboo green tree and the seasonals. I think by changing frequently, your hair doesn't get build up. It works for me. But I love the bamboo green tea the most. Good job Chaz!
I tried this after hearing all of the reviews for Wen products. I loved the scent, but the cleanser did nothing but make my hair oily and feel dirty. I followed directions multiple times with the same results. I gave it to my sister, but she wasn't impressed either. Wen isn't worth the money.
i like this wen the best i will stay with this one i tried the sweet almond and the lavender but this one i will stay with.
Like many, as a loyal QVC customer, I've been viewing the Wen demonstrations for years. I finally purchased my first Wen product in January 2014, and diligently used it for 3 months. Here's my review: it's hard to figure out how much product to use; each time I washed my hair I got different results; I do feel my hair condition improved; BUT I experienced a lot of hair loss! Hair would fall out while rinsing, and additional hair would then be in the drain and in my comb every time I washed my hair! And the loss increased with use!
REALLY DIDN'T SEE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE IN MY HAIR
I really wanted to see great improvement to the condition of my hair.,...but sadly, this did not work for me. I called the toll free number on the product before I even started to make sure that I truly knew the proper way to use Wen. I used it exactly as I was told for the full 30 days. My hair was a bit less frizzy....somewhat softer....and I loved the scent of it, but there was just not enough of an improvement to justify the expense of this product. I also noticed that if I skipped a day between cleansing, my hair looked a bit greasy and weighed down. I have to say, the amount of product that is recommended to use each time makes this a very expensive product....it goes quickly. I actually purchased this as a TSV in the 32 oz. size and it also came with a Six Thirteen cleanser in a smaller size.....I have a shoulder length bob and there is little of both products left. I am sending it back today.
