WEN By Chaz Dean Small Boar Bristle Brush
Excellent Brush with amazing results
After watching Chaz Dean I decided to try this brush and see how well it work's. After a few trial and errors I watched Chaz again on how to properly use the brush and I am amazed at how well my hair looks and feels. Chaz has truly bought us the best hair care products. I'm the only person in my family with very curly/unruly hair and have spent close to 20 years covering up with a baseball cap. Now I can attend family functions without my hat on. Thank you Chaz Dean for giving my hair its freedom back.
When I rec'd this brush I will say that I was a little hesitant to use because of how the bristles felt. Low and behold the brush is great for my very short, totally straight, fine hair.
I find that used along with the styling cr., volumizing treat. spray and the mousse my hair has never looked so good without having to use my curling iron. I also purchased the medium brush for when my hair gets alittle longer in between haircuts. I know my curling iron will be taking a long rest. Thanks Chaz.
Love the Brush
I love this styling brush, the only thing is I wish the handle was a little thicker. While drying my hair the arthritis in my hand starts hurting and I have to stop and rest it for a while. Other than that it is great.
A bit of a waste of money
I had very high hopes for this brush but found that the bristles are falling out every time I use it. I find them in my hair and on the floor. All-in-all, this is not a good purchase and I'm very disappointed.
Perfect for curl
The WEN medium brush is my go to for drying my hair and giving volume, but for that extra curl I want once in a while, the small brush is super! Thanks Chaz!
Cheap Bristles - should go back
I ordered this small brush as I have a large Conair Round brush and couldn't find a smaller one in any stores. Since I had fine hair, I wanted a smaller brush. I love Wen products but this brush is the pits! That's not due to the handle but the bristles. I cant get my hair to glide through like I can with my Conair brush. It's one thing to not like the handle but the bristles is what it's all about. So glad I didn't waste my money on the medium or large one. I'm not sending back as I'm hoping maybe there is a learning curve but certainly a brush should work first time. And I'm so tired of paying S&H when something doesn't work as presented. I had Wen Styling crème on my hair so that should not affect the brush. If it does then something is wrong here. All I can say it that I would NOT buy any of these brushes. My Conair Brush is far better for much less.
The bristles do the job well, but the handle is extremely small in diameter. A pro stylist could never use this without work injuries. Please fix the handle!
This brush really works great on my short fine hair. It grips the hair and smooths it out when blow drying, no frizz. The only problem I have is the handle is thin. A little difficult to grip
Nice blowout but...
I like how the brush blows out my hair, however, I agree with the others who commented that the handle is too narrow/small. As someone who has arthritis on the hand that I also use to hold the brush, it makes it very painful to do. I didn't bother to return it as I try to use it when/how I can.
Should have ordered the duo set, I really like my brush . Does what it suppose to do.
I am very disappointed in this brush. It's too small for me (I have short hair) and it just feels cheap. I love the WEN cleansing shampoo and Six Thirteen, but this was a waste to order and pay S&H to me and for the return.
not small enough
Chaz--love the brush, but it's still to large for my short hair--need one half this size; shorter bristles--requested before--haven't had an issue with the handle
