Vita Liberata pHenomenal Tan Mousse uses pHen02 technology to give a long-lasting tan with a light, airy, fast-drying application. It's the perfect tan for those who want a long-lasting tan. It is also great for tan novices, as it has a guide color so you can see exactly where you are applying, making it so easy to use.
In a consumer-use study, 80% of users reported their tan lasted longer than two weeks. pHenomenal is fast drying and nourishes the skin with marine and botanical extracts.
How do I use it: Always use a tanning mitt (not included) to protect your hands from over-tanning and apply to skin using elongated circular movements. Wipe elbows, knuckles, knees, and ankles with a damp cloth following application and only apply a minimal amount of product to the backs of the hands and tops of the feet. To achieve the longest-lasting tan, apply three times over nine to 36 hours, showering with water only between each application.

HORRIBLE SMELL
THIS STUFF HAS A HORRIBLE SMELL LIKE AN OTHER BRAND OF TANNING MOUSSE I HAVE USED IN THE PAST WHEN IT BECAME OLD. IT TAKES FOREVER TO REMOVE THE SMELL OFF OF YOUR BODY!!!! IT STATES IT DOESN'T HAVE AN ODOR!!! I CALLED AND QVC SAID THEY DON'T SEND OUT OLD PRODUCTS.
