Don't Buy
I had the Prestige 10" tablet that worked great until it got broken. I ordered this tablet and am extremely disappointed in it's performance. The tablet would often freeze and it was very slow. It would take minutes for it to download anything including the home screen. I've only had it since February and already purchased a different tablet from another company that works great.

Very disappointed
I bought this tablet because I wanted to watch movies on a bigger screen. I received this tablet and the second night that I had it took forever to come on and then after that it kept telling me this program was not responding that program was not responding and then all of a sudden shut off I returned it

Got for older aunt for Xmas. Ended up being too heavy for her...might have been because of the attached keyboard. Have to return.

There is A Reason It is Cheap
I purchased this for my 89 year old mom. Really all she likes to do is play games on her laptop. She was playing solitaire on my IPad at the doctor's office while we were waiting and really enjoyed it. Thought she would like having a tablet she could carry with her on occasion. Thought this would be perfect. It was very cheap looking (to me it looked like plastic) the case was very cheap looking. Did not realize it had a keyboard in case. She did not need this and it made it bulky. When I tried it out, the tablet froze almost every time. Don't waste you time or money. Sending back immediately.

Poor overall quality tablet
This tablet is not clear and feels cheap..its very dark. The tablet's camera is off centered and picture quality is dark too as if from the 90's. The volume is super low.....ohh but WAIT...i forgot to mention the entire tablet went black a few times and finally never came back on. Wow!!! I often read reviews of different tablets and would see some reviews like this and thought "sure...whatever" but ...for real....manufacturers DO make tablets that just go black. .. What tha heck? Best tablet for lower cost is Envizen or Gigaset.....

Budget tablet, budget performance
Saw this tablet and everything sounded good. Specs were good, some other reviews were good and I wanted a 9" tablet. Once I got it, the first indication that something wasn't right was when the tablet took over 3 minutes to boot up... and that was before I added any apps. After I added some, they didn't run smoothly and sometimes locked up. On the plus side, movies I had on a sd card played fine. Bottom line is if you want a tablet to just surf the web and check email, this will probably work fine for you... if you want to do more, you may be disappointed. Personally, I'm sending this back and getting a Samsung.

Great Deal!
This tablet is a great deal. It offers all the basic features that other tablets have at only a fraction of the price. If you need a tablet for basic every day tasks such as surfing the web, checking emails, or checking bank accounts; then this is the tablet for you. It is also great for kids, since it gives them access to thousands of games and apps. Overall this tablet is perfect for the price. Other tablets can cost over five times the price. Yes, many of those have extra bells and whistles. However, most people, such as myself, only need these devices for basic tasks which makes this item great offer.

Everything Works Ok Except......
I have 2 other tablets so hadn't gotten around to using the Visual Land for watching movies. The tablet worked fine for what I had been using it for, so I was very surprised and disappointed that when I did try to watch a movie, the sound was terrible. Most movies have music and the music almost completely drowns out the dialogue. When you turn it up to try to hear what's being said, the music just gets louder, making it even harder to hear what's being said.
Also the tablet is bulky and kind of awkward to use. Also it takes a long time to charge and it doesn't really hold a charge very long. The charger itself comes out at the slightest little movement, and that just gets on my nerves because you're thinking it's charging, when in actuality the charger has disengaged AGAIN! I gave it a fair rating because other features work well.
