Vionic w/ Orthaheel Relax Orthotic Adj. Strap Slippers
Sexy and Supportive
Very nice slipper, for me they were a little to wide, and adjusting the strap, helped, but then they got a little bunchy in the middle. Would like to try them again when they can be adjusted without the bunching. If they make them wider.
So thankful to have found these shoes! I have Morton's neuroma and these shoes feel so good on my feet! They are very soft, yet supportive with a great arch support. I love the adjustable strap as I have narrow feet and can adjust the strap securely. I live in these whenever I am home. These were my first purchase of the Orthoheel Vionics, but not the last! Very pleased with this purchase!
I have had these slippers for a year now. They are my favorite pair. The other day I pulled out an old pair of Dearborn slippers ,oh my. I could not get them off my feet fast enough. There was no comparison ,I felt like I was standing on a pillow, no support . Those went into the garbage. These Orthaheel are perfect, if you want you can step outside to pick up your news paper and feel sure footed. These are really worth the price.
What a relief!
This was my second purchase from Orthaheel. The first one I completely wore out. These are wonderful for someone with foot issues and I could not navigate around the house without them. I keep by my bedside and they help getting up and moving. I would not be without again ever!
They are okay!
I bought these for my mom for Christmas along with the a Vionic closed heel slipper. She preferred the closed heel slipper. She wears a size 9M and they fit her okay but she just didn't like this style. I tried these on before I returned them and I wear a 91/2M and the arch does not fit me appropriately for my size so I couldn't keep them for myself. Plus, the strap did not keep my foot in place. So you may take a risk if you are a half size.
I bought the Leopard print slipper several years ago and they are still as nice today as there were when I first got them. It says to hand wash but I have thrown them in the washer, cold water with my micro fleece sleep gowns and they come out just like new. I let them air dry. My feet feel wonderful and I wear them almost all day when I am home.
I would buy another pair but these won't wear out! Worth the money for sure.
These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever put on my feet!! The fabric is so soft! (got the black) The support is amazing! I take / need a size 9 - 10 wide in most shoes and the size 9 in these fit perfect. The velcro closure and openness is convenient and versatile and keeps my feet cooler in warmer weather and all I need to do is add socks in cooler weather. They are perfect. The "foam" beneath the fabric lining could be a bit denser for a more firm cushion (like, maybe, memory foam, for instance) as it is a bit "spongy" making it hit the hard surface under it easier... sooner, than it would otherwise That is the ONLY thing I would change. But the arch support and deep heel cup makes up for that by providing the necessary foot support in all the right places. Highly recommended!!
Wanted to Like This But....
Thought I'd try this open-toed slipper as my first Vionic but unfortunately the sole was much too stiff and uncomfortable. Also the Velcro when adjusted for my feet was scratchy and irritating. Sadly I had to send the shoes back. Need something softer and more flexible in the sole.
Open toe better than closed toe
Really nice slipper. Since I have a wide foot I love I can adjust it sometimes my feet don't swell. Love the leopard print. I went down a size. I do wish Vionic would offer a wide width slipper.
Finally a shoe/slipper I can wear around the house. Easy to slip on and off but I don't lose them or "fall out of them." Perfect comfort and support for standing and cooking and baking. Happy feet for me!"
not holding up
These feel great for support. The problem is the heel bed fur fabric has worn off very quickly !! I bought two pairs in different colors and both pair are having the same issue. It is a terrific product for heel and foot support but not worth the cost of two pair at $60.00 each. I tried tightening the strap and keep my heels smooth and lotioned. Not happy. They need to keep a vinyl or leather heel bed on these slippers. Waste of a lot of money.
I am not one who wears slippers all the time in the house, but when I do I really enjoy these. They are very comfy and sturdy. They are solid on the bottom, so they are not the kind you would leave on while you curl up under a blanket, you would kick them off first. They are more of a I'm running around the house doing things kind of slipper.
