Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not feeing like a Vionic shoe I own multiple pairs of Vionic shoes and inserts and have been very happy with the line. I love the mesh sneaker, but they are not appropriate during the winter months. I ordered two pairs of these leather sneakers, one black and one white thinking they would be as comfortable. I was wrong! First out of the box they had a real boxy look to them-kind of dorky, but then I planned on wearing them to work and my uniform isn't exactly fashion trending. I ordered the 8W and they were too narrow. Thinking it must be me not adjusting them correctly, I kept wearing both pairs to see if they would break in-they didn't. Now I have passed the return time and have spent over $200 on shoes that hurt my feet just like the cheap discount store brands. Doubt if I will trust Vionic again since I'm out $200.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too narrow I have a very wide foot. I have 2 other pairs of Vionics with canvas tops, but these are leather are are just too narrow. I bought 7 1/2W, which is my usual size, but the toe box is just too narrow. I have worn them around the house for a week thinking they might stretch out a little, but they haven't. Sending them back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pictures do not at all represent what you get. I ordered these shoes for hiking. They are not at all as pictured. Technically they do look like the same shoes but they are HORRIBLY large and bulky. I felt like I had a box on my foot. Needless to say, they are for sure going back. The shoe isn't defective but the style is definitely older. And far to thick. I ordered wide because I have wide feet but these are like triple wide. I had them laced tight as they would go and slipped my foot out easily. Not for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best shoes ever! if you have planter heel and flat feet, you need these shoes! of all the vionic shoes these are the best they make. it puts your heel in the PERFECT position! it is like HEAVEN!!! I just got out of a Dallas hospital and I told the nurse about these, ( I wish I had had the item number of this item.) if you have painful feet you want these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best sneakers I've ever worn Two years ago a change in employers resulted in my working on my feet for 8+ straight hours (often with not even a coffee or restroom break) standing and walking on concrete floors, which caused me to develop plantar faciatis (soooooo painful) in both my feet (every morning I was in tears of pain as I stepped from bed and every evening in tears from pain by the end of the day).... thank heavens I discovered Vionic last year!! These are the only sneakers which help my poor feet (and I have tried many brands) ... I have also changed my house slippers and sandals all over to Vionic because it is the only brand of shoe I can wear anymore (all other brands leaving me in agony about my plantar faciatis). I don't know what I would have done without these shoes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like the shoe but toe box not wide enough I bought this shoe because I was looking for a shoe for work that would protect me from the cement and linoleum floor I work on all day. I know they look clunky but because of the big sole on this shoe, I knew they would cushion my feet from the floor. They do that beautifully. However, I bought a 7 1/2 Wide (which is my normal size) and I do not consider them Wide by any means. They fit well but in the toe box. It is not much wider than other normal width shoes I have and does not allow me to wear a heavier sock. I am trying to use a shoe stretch spray on the toe box to widen them but even tho I have them laced as loose as I can, I'm not sure it's going to work. They cushion my feet against the floor so well, I'm hoping the spray helps. Please, when a shoe is sold as a Wide width , please make them Wide so sizing up is not required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unique and amazing shoes This is my first pair of Vionic shoes. I'm a woman, 60 years old, and have ALWAYS had trouble with "severely" turned in ankles and subsequent toe squashing. Years ago, a doctor told me I should have had my ankles "broken" when I was a child and had them re-set to straighten them, but back then things like that weren't as "important'. I had to wear corrective shoes as a kid and was ALWAYS EMBARRASSED to go to school with "old lady shoes" on. Anyway, HERE COME VIONICS....OMG. This is the very first shoe I have EVER HAD that actually picked UP my arches, and put my feet and legs in a more 'PROPER POSITION". This is so totally new for me, that I almost cried. My turned in ankles severely hurt my knees, feet and hips, due to being out of alignment, plus my toes push out to the "outsides" instead of being straight FORWARD. But, with VIONIC, this has changed. My feet and ankles are standing UP, my toes are pointing FORWARD, and I can hardly believe it. It feels unusual, yes, because it's nothing I've ever felt before, but it feels GOOD. I can't wait to wear them all day, to see just HOW MUCH difference this is going to make in my lower body. Now, I can't wait to get my NEXT pair. I ordered an 8M, and I usually wear an 8 and a half M. But, the 8 are absolutely PERFECT. Sizing down a half size was the right thing to do for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SO DISAPOINTED, SIZING IS OFF I really wanedt these shoes to work. Sadly they don't . I wear a 10.5 so I always buy an 11 M IN SNEAKERS. I GOT THESE IN AN 11M. MY BIG TOE IS HITTING THE TOE OF THE SHOE SO THAT WILL BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO WALK IN. I do have the VIONIC sneakers in an 11m. they fit perfectly. I have about a 1/2 inch between my toe and the front of the shoe. I LOVE THE COLOR , TAN. IT'S REALLY A BEAUTIFUL SHOE. SADLY,BACK THEY GO.
