Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice but small I ordered my usual size, 11M. Absolutely loved the "tan" color. The shoes were very uncomfortable due to the snug fit so I sent them back. I requested an exchange so I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the new "free" exchange policy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs Large I ordered a 9 in wide width which is my regular size in all shoes including Vionic normally. These ran too wide and slipped on my feet. Had to send back unfortunately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed! I was willing to pay what I consider a high price for these shoes because I've watched the videos and believed that if they fit like the hosts said, they would have been worth the price! However...... the arch of the shoe did not 'straighten' out my foot as it did for the models in the tv ads. In addition, although I ordered a 10W I had trouble getting my feet inside the shoes without a bit of 'shoving'. Once on they were wide enough and there was plenty of room in the 'toe box'. I also found the shoes to be either too wide in the back or possibly too long because they flopped off of the back of my feet which I have never had happen in another shoe. I usually wear Clarks but am looking for a step-in shoe to keep by the door when I have to run out quickly. All in all a big disappointment because of all of the fit problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed III I agree w/ "Disappointed"" and "Disappointed Too". One of my shoes also split about .5 inch from the seam across the top. These shoes had been worn very little. How often are you going to wear wine shoes in the winter? The sole looks brand new. Nothing can be done to repair this defect. I will probably have to use them for inside "house shoes". Too bad as they were a very comfortable shoe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fit is a little small? These are adorable. Although I have bought a lot of Vionic shoes, these are the first pair in my size 7 that are a little bit small. Will send them back and try a 7.5 to see if that is better. With a winter shoe, I would be wearing a sock and these barely go on with bare feet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved 2 years ago version, these are not the same! So sad! I wore out the pair I bought 2 years ago,(for $85.80), loved them so much. Just got these today, and they aren't close to that model, (and almost $20 more!) They are stiff and scratchy. I don't think it is just the lack of being broken in, as I don't think I would have kept the previous version if they were this uncomfortable. Tried to upload a photo, but apparently a normal photo is too large for QVC's reviews.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed too! I agree with "Disappointed". I have two pair. The one I've had for two years did the same thing....the top seam just came apart by the end of the season. I'm not hard on my shoes either. I had already purchased my second pair because I had liked the first so much. Was thinking of buying another pair, but $102 is way too expensive for them to last only two seasons. Hope my one remaining pair gets me through this winter. Originally, I would have given them 5 stars...if they hadn't fallen apart.
