Great deal and gift idea!
I ordered this in the summer for my mom in the Summer Cottage color. I gave her the cosmetic bag in August for her birthday and then the Weekender Bag for Christmas. She takes both on her "girls trip" that she goes on about twice a year. Let me tell you, it was VERY hard for me to not keep them for myself but it was too good of deal not to get these as a two-for-one gift for her! I can't wait until it's on Easy Pay again so I can get one!

SMELLED!!
Ordered and returned the Ellie blue bag. It smelled awful!!!! And was missing the shoulder strap!

The Bag Smells Like Sour Milk!!!
I love this bag and took hours in picking out the pattern/color. I finally picked the "Ellie Blue" and when I opened the box there was a distinctly bad odor. I put the bag out on my porch over night to air it out....but it did not help. I see another customer had the same problem with the same color bag. I wish I knew what to do!! I don't really want to wash it and take all the sizing out; plus I think that would take away from the newness of the bag. I really think if I order another one in this color that it will have the same smell. Maybe I will wash it and see how it comes out. I can always return it . I would usually recommend this item, but can't this time!!

Questionable odor
When I received this bag, I looked at the pattern (Ellie Blue) and liked it. I just actually opened up the plastic it was in as I am going to my daughter's house this weekend and you would of thought something died in there. I also noticed that the outside zipper was wavy. The zipper moves just fine but it looks like zippers look went washed. Kind of in a pickle because I let my sister borrow my older weekender and haven't gotten it back yet. I have turned the bag inside out to try and air it out. I have also put a bounce fabric softener sheet in one of the pockets (that really helped). I have heard so much about Vera Bradley bags and this is my first one for myself so I am a little disappointed. I am going to use this bag this weekend and hope my stuff does not smell when I get to their house. I am sure that this is an oddity but having second thoughts about purchasing another VB bag.

Perfect Size
The absolute best bag you'll ever own. A must have! The perfect carry-on. Fits easily in the overhead compartments of planes. Plenty of pockets to keep your things organized. Comfortable bag to carry and the bag itself doesn't weigh a ton. Perfect size to carry all you'll need for that weekend getaway and you'll look fabulous carrying it in! Highly recommended.

Love This
I have used my weekender bag and cosmetic case in Island Blooms a number of times now and absolutely love it. The pockets on the inside & outside are awesome. I can fit quite a bit into this bag and also in the cosmetic case as well. I love that you can wipe the cosmetic case out as it has a plastic lining. I'm so glad I bought this. No buyer's remorse here at all.

A Must Have!!
I ordered this for my niece for Christmas. She has a handbag in the same pattern, I'm having a very hard time not giving it to her sooner!! Thought it would be perfect for her when she comes home from College on the weekends.

Great for traveling
Moving soon and this is perfect for the airlines ! It's still light enough for me to carry with it being packed to the gills. Thick fabric, very well made ! Pockets galore ! I will definitely buy another one soon !

Perfect Travel Bag
I ordered this bag hoping it would hold what I needed for my "overnighters plus". It has plenty of room, is soft yet sturdy and is attractive! I love it. It also has plenty of pockets for extras or organization. I would buy it again!

1st Vera Bag
I received the bag in time for a 3 night trip and it worked great. It was roomy, with lots of pockets. It came with the large cosmetic case that was really a bonus. I want more travel pieces in Ellie Blue. Love this set.
