Like the case, but...
I purchased this case in hopes that I can fit my iphone 5 in it. Well, it fits but not if you have a bulkier case on your phone. I happened to find a nice slim fitting case for my phone and with that case on it does fit. So now when I use this wristlet I just have to make sure I use the slim case on my phone. I would have given this wristlet 5 stars because everything else about it is fantastic! I love the long slip pocket along back wall a lot of these types of wristlets don't have that and I really appreciate that feature. The new Midnight Blues pattern is so vibrant I'm really enjoying it!!! I just wish Vera Bradley would redesign the size of this to more easily accommodate the smart phones we all carry.

Good cell phone wristlet, not for defender cases
I bought this wristlett because I own a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim (Illusion) with a hard defender case. I knew from other people that my phone or any smartphone would be a tight fit and it was but I wanted it to not fall out. I stretched the phone pouch with the handle end of my scissors (just put them handle end into the pouch and left it there for an hour or so) and it stretched it perfect to easily slide my phone with defender case inside. If you have a Galaxy SII or SIII or Iphone 4s, 5 with any type of outter case, give it up; it won't fit. You can give up the case and it will do fine. My ipod also fits well with it's case but off course it's much smaller and thinner than a phone. So if you want the extra room without the fuss, the smartphone wristlett is your best bet but if you want a wristlett at a cheaper price and don't mind trying to stretch it out a bit, go for it. I really like mine and only had to stretch it a bit for my phone to fit. Great price too; better than in stores.
