I chose this selection because I get lots of requests for a good vegan cookbook. I especially liked this title because all the recipes are vegan, but you could make these comfort foods for everyone. The book is educational, easy to follow, and has great color photos. Try the Garlic Mashers, Very Sloppy Joes, and Pineapple Coconut Cream Pie.

New Vegan - GREAT BOOK!!!! Since I received it .. this has been one of my GO TO BOOKS!!! I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! I couldn't believe the choices offered and since I am new still want some of my old favorites. This is giving me great ideas and love it!!!!! I know I will continue to grow my cookbooks but doubt that will see this go by the side! Especially if you like diner foods or comfort foods. I made the sausage the other day and then made it in a pepper onion type dinner...OUTSTANDING! 05-06-12

Vegan YUM! I love the fact that you have a Vegan cookbook! I own this cookbook and every recipe I've tried from the Vegan Diner cookbook has been fantastic. Please bring a vegan cookbook on air - I think you will find many people interested in this cuisine that just happens to be delicious and healthy. Afterall, vegan is becoming very popular thanks to Bill Clinton, Ellen and other celebrities. 02-26-12

AMAZING!! This cookbook is AMAZING! I'm a 24 year old college student with a full time job that still has time to come home and make some DELICIOUS food from this here cookbook. With these amazing and easy recipes, I'm able to make come comfort food just like mom used to make (with out the meat!!!!!). I would get this for everyone ever!
