I LOVE this tumbler. I filled up my tumbler with coffee and creamer and ran out the door to work. I inadvertently placed it on the dashboard of my BRAND NEW VAN and pulled out of the garage. The tumbler flew off the dashboard and rolled all the way to the back of the car. I couldn't locate it until I pulled into the parking lot at work and feared the worst for the carpet in the new car. THE TUMBLER LID WAS COMPLETELY INTACT WITH NARY A DROP ANYWHERE! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I cant tell you how much time & money I've wasted on mugs. I am so happy with mine. My supervisor has had these for years and always raved about them, well I finally got one and I'm so glad I did, I love it!! My coffee stays fresh and warm to hot all day at work, saves me time and running for fresh coffee every hour. Thank you so much!!!

not sturdy
I know I dropped it but 2 of them immediately lost their seal. To me that's not durable. the other tumblers with just the colors on the lid are very durable. No problem what so ever.

The BEST!!
I have had these for years and given them as gifts. I have NEVER had any problems with the lids or keeping the lids clean. I have purchased every color in the 16oz. I am going for all the colors in the 20oz. LOVE THEM!!

Love this cup!
My mom gave this cup to me and I use it so much and love it so much that I had to get another! It does what it says it's supposed to! Keeps my coffee hot FOREVER and never spills! I can put it in my purse or bag and never have to worry. I like the 16oz. because it is easier to take in a bag. I wash mine by hand after use and it cleans up great. Just don't leave it sit without rinsing it or you can get mold in the cap. I did that one time and used a Q- tip to clean it. It took some work and a lot of swishing in hot soapy water but it got clean. Just follow all the directions and suggestions that come with the cup and you will love it!

this replacement is a dud
we have loved the Contigo leak proofcups you used to sell, but this replacement doesn't seal or insulate well. Both of us still have a couple of the old cups, and this new one is NOT a good replacement!

This makes the second one I've purchased. I can put ice in it at night with water and I still have ice the next night.

FINALLY
For so long I have been looking for a mug that actually WORKS and keeps things hot/cold. I work in a call center and we are not allowed to get up from our desks pretty much all day. And the cafe downstairs and far...So we cant go there most of the time. I put my coffee in this and it stayed hot ALLLL DAYYYYY omg...Im gonna buy one for my dad for his birthday! I also put ice water in it before bed...Woke up and there still was ice unbelievable !

Happy at First, Not Anymore
I bought a total of 5 of these tumblers (one as a gift). I used mine every day for my coffee and was happy with them as they seemed to keep it nice and hot as stated. But one by one, the lids broke. The button that you push to drink fell off on every single one of them. I did put the lids in the dishwasher, so I thought maybe it was my fault; however, I just played the video describing them and Dawn (who presents them) said you can put the lids in the dishwasher. I thought that was what I had heard when I saw them presented and I was right. I knew I had to throw a few of them out, but just took stock and found that I have my 4 tumblers, but no lids, so I guess I wasted the money on them. The one I gave as a gift, I'm afraid to ask about. I did purchase the one with a handle on it; I haven't used it yet, but I hope it does better than these.

TOO HARD TO KEEP CLEAN
this keeps hot hot and cold cold, but is very diffucult to keep clean. mold has a way of growing up in the lid closing mechanism. almost impossible to clean. i threw three of these in the trash because we got sick off of them

Great for travel but ....
I had this on my wish list for Xmas, and got it from my sister. I love the color, love that it keeps the liquid inside even when upside down or when it rolls in the car, but am I doing something wrong that it doesn't keep the coffee warm after 1 hour?? I thought it was supposed to keep hot items hot and cold items cold ... the hot doesn't stay hot. I definitely like the tumbler for travel, but as for keeping hot, hot for a long period of time ... I give it a thumbs down.

Sanitary issue
These are great but you must change the lids for better cleaning. Mine had chunks of black "stuff" in the lid and I washed them in the sanitary cycle of my dishwasher. Really? Please update this. It is a GREAT cup!
