Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product My husband and I have really used this - especially during the Christmas season when we had to haul up decorations from our basement. It really worked well. Better than trying to move heavy boxes by hand. 01-06-17
Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk This item is a piece of junk if I hadn't distributed the box it would have been sent back. The first time I used it the wheels collapsed. It was only a 25pound box and this item claims to support 100 pounds people save your money. 01-05-17
Rated 2 out of 5 by NEEDS IMPROVEMENT I was very hopeful that this product would help me carry items up and down stairs by allowing me to hold on to a bannister with my free hand. However, there needs to be a revision in design. Items placed on the cart fall off as soon as the cart is upright. Items must be strapped to the cart in some way or a "lip" of some sort should be in the front of the bottom shelf. A very high price for a product that has not been well thought-out. I have to improvise on my own in order for it to work. Don't plan on returning because of the return shipping cost. QVC, please have consumers test items before they go on the air. 01-01-17
Rated 1 out of 5 by Idea was good actual function wasn't The All-Terrain didn't function as promoted. Bottom tray broke now it's useless and it needed a strap to hold items secured during transport. 12-29-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed This cart is sturdy but heavy and unwieldy. It would be much more useful if the wheels rotated like the wheels on luggage. 12-28-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Step Up Cart Sized Wrong Although the step-up wheels are a good idea, the base does not lend itself to transporting anything unless you tip the cart backwards. The base guides are way too narrow to accommodate a standard case of multi-purpose computer paper. Also, the cart itself is very heavy and would have to be lifted into the back of a car/van if items are to be transported. It does fold up fairly nicely though and the handle seems sturdy enough. I could not fit my "31" square bag for groceries on it. It needs to have a deeper and wider base. Unfortunately, I'm having to return it. 12-24-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great invention This cart is awesome.. I made it up three flights of stairs. It's really a life saver. Only con the base is not wide enough and I don't feel it's sturdy enough to hold heavy items, use your judgement wisely. The base is not qualify for the price, but light items it's great. 12-21-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Platform snapped I was moving water from my car to the house, with only 3 things on the cart when the platform snapped. I have not had this very long, and have hardly used it. If it can not survive 3 cases of water, what good is it? 12-19-16
