I had to order the keypad three times and the fourth time it worked for a couple of months and now some of the keys will not type. This product originally came with the IPad mini, no bargain.

I love the purple, when it arrived, I charged it for 8 hours, disconnected the charger and it has no power to the keyboard, no lights, nothing. I plug it in, it works fine, disconnect it, nothing again, switched the power switch on and off about 20 times, nothing, something is wrong internally, sending back for a replacement. I read the low reviews but figured I would get it anyway, I'll give it one more try.

Purchased an IPad Mini for my husband for Christmas. This was included with the IPad. Christmas day the hinge on the Keyboard broke. Went through the return process with the manufacturer and received the replacement today (Feb 9). The cover plate along the edge of the Keyboard fell off when I took it out of the package. Would never buy this produced!

I actually liked this when it arrived in an iPad Mini bundle that I purchased in December 2014. It was a snap to set up, I liked the feel of the keys, and the keyboard was comfortable to use. Charged quickly. I liked the red. It was definitely a perfect match to the red screen protector.
The problem was the hinged bracket into which you placed the iPad. These things need to be steady so that the iPad will stand up while you type. Mine was so tight as to be nearly immovable. On my second use, although I handled it gently, it broke all the way across the mount where you put your iPad.
Digital Gadgets has been worthless. They do not respond to any of my messages, and they are not responding to QVC's messages either. It has been a month. I feel like for $67 monthly payments, I should have either a working keyboard or a credit for the cost of the keyboard. As a result, I am on the fence about returning the entire bundle.
Like another reviewer, I think that QVC needs to break from Digital Gadgets. QVC's history and standard of customer service is too exemplary to be tied to a company that cannot get its act together.

I received this keyboard as part of a bundle package approximately 2 years ago. While I really liked the design and function of this keyboard, the initial battery life was poor at best, and the recharging cable provided was so short that use while plugged in was prohibited. Despite this irritation, the reasons for the poor review are that despite very gentle use, the battery has now refused to even charge at all, and the customer service department for Digital Gadgets is beyond worthless. Even though the low price may be tempting to take a chance and give this a try, I recommend putting it toward another brand that will offer better quality, a better guarantee and better customer service. QVC - this company is far below your standards for quality and value. I urge you on behalf of your customers to reexamine your partnership with this company.

I bought the I pad mini that came with the keyboard case the keyboard will not charge and will only turn on if keyboard is plugged in but even when plugged in it will not connect I have called customer service for the keypad and have left several messages with no return call I do like the design of the keyboard case just want it to work

what I wanted was a cover/case for my IPAD. this keyboard turned it into a little laptop , which was not what I wanted. it made it difficult to use my laptop from any angle - had to be used basically the way one would use a laptop. I returned it.
