Kept but is no better than your $5 one you can purchase from Dollar general. Not worth the money. My mom got one too and feels the same

I have cheap hose nozzles that work far better than this one. A total waste of money.
it limits the water pressure instead of multiplying it.

This nozzle is really different then your standard hose nozzle. It really does go very far to reach plants my hose won't reach. The pressure is great. Highly recommend

My nozzle works perfectly. Gave two as presents and they work just as well. Love the turn off button.

There should be nothing but five stars for these nozzles from ultimate innovations. I am so hard on my nozzles. I use them daily and end up dropping them all over the ground. Usually within a month I'm replacing nozzles but not this brand. I think the secret is definitely the rubber. It protects the mechanical parts of the hose. I have yet to have one leak and I'm waiting for them to get in stock so I can get another one. If you really want the strong stream make sure you're not using it while your washer and dryer is on. It's only common sense that you're not going to get the super long stream if you don't have good water pressure. But the bottom line is this is the best nozzle ever.

we had ordered two ultimate nozzle one for at home and one for the husband to take to the firehouse to use and either one works the way that it showed on tv. was very disappointed with QVC!!!!

Bought this too early in the season to actually use, now too late to return. Will let the kids play with it, since it doesn't work at all like it is supposed to. Perhaps my water pressure just isn't enough to operate it correctly? Regardless, poor stream at the max. Then, the stream is difficult to control - you can't get it to be soft enough for the garden, unless you just want a really wide spray that you can't do anything with. Guess that is how a fireman's hose nozzle works, but not good for the garden.
Rated 1 out of 5 by chelseapaw sputter nozzle -- no pressure
finally got to use the water nozzle and was so disappointed ! Turned the water full on and hardly any pressure coming out of the nozzle. just a spirt and the dribbles. Didn't matter what the setting - oh put my old under $10 nozzle and it worked just fine. I hope I can send this back but I think its too late.
