This product lasts one hour tops and is way overpriced. To all you trioral fans, as an educated consumer let me reveal that u can buy this product at Walmart for half the price under a different name...just look at the ingredients and u will believe me.....SMARTMOUTH 12 HOUR BREATH SYSTEM.... sorry QVC but we customers need to be educated and get the best bang for the buck...

Fantastic Product That Works!!
I bought this in mInt and it had a very pleasant taste. Not to strong and didn't burn while rinsing your mouth with it. This is the first product that acutely works to get rid of the bad breath! I got up in the morning and i didn't have that dry pasty mouth in morning. I got up and my breath still smelled good I was in amazement about this!! My husband could tell I have done something different cause breath was smelling great all the time. I am so happy I found something that really works and doesn't burn your mouth like a regular mouth wash does. I would still recommend rinsing again if your going to have a garlicky lunch! 100% happy customer and Im glad I went on auto ship for this! Thank you TriOral and Qvc!!!

Not the Same Product
This product has changed; it was wonderful and I used it for years. Seems to be diluted; not as effective. It is not worth the money. So disappointed; please go back to the old formula. I will not purchase it again.

I have used this product for many years and am unhappy that the formula and packaging has changed. Please change it back.

Not happy
I have been ordering this product for years and loved it. What have you done to it? The formula is not the same. You can even tell by the color (solution 2 is much lighter than it used to be). It is just not as effective. I don't think I will order this anymore. Also, in my last two shipments, the pumps were defective. They are awful. You have ruined what was once a very good product.

Have used this on and off for over 10 years
I cannot express my disappointment that the company has changed the formula. It is quite obvious that your had a winning product, you changed it a bit, probably to save money, and now you have ruined your own successful product. I hope that an executive at the company reads all of these reviews and posts an apology and then goes back to the original formula right away.

Bad Imitation of TriOral
This modified version of TriOral tastes different and lacks a lot of the effectiveness it used to have. I noticed that the first ingredient in this mouthwash is water. Is the company putting more water into this?! When you compare the list of ingredients of this mouthwash with the original TriOral, you’ll notice that the ingredients are not listed in the same order as before. Does this mean that the company is no longer putting the same amount of each ingredient as before? You’ll also notice that this mouthwash now contains benzyl alcohol. The original TriOral mouthwash didn’t have benzyl alcohol in its list of ingredients. The significant loss of effectiveness of this product needs to be addressed; not next month, not tomorrow, but TODAY. Please go back to the original TriOral formula and follow that formula down to the tiniest detail. We expect that the company will do the right thing here and start putting the original TriOral mouthwash back into these bottles. Thank you in advance.

really works
I have been using this product for years. It really works. At one point I delayed a delivery and ran out, that is when I saw how well it really worked. Being without it, I was very self conscious of how my breath was. I work with the public and it makes all the difference. My issue is,...WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE PUMPERS??? It's a good thing I kept a set of old pumps for the bottles or I would discontinue my autodelivery. The new pumps shoot the liquid outward and you have to tip the cup for it to go in. Well,as the cup gets fuller, the liquid spills out!! I don't want to have to think that hard about using mouthwash for goodness sake!! I am only using 3-4 pumps of each bottle so it's not because I am overfilling the cups. With the new pumpers, I spent more time cleaning tri-oral off the counter than I did swishing it in my mouth. BRING BACK THE OLD PUMPERS!!!

I must agree that the product does seem somewhat less effective, though I still like it and use it daily.
please investigate the complaints..........has it changed?
What happened to the individual use packs?.........I loved those for travel etc.

More effective before & please redesign the cup
My previous & older bottles worked & tasted much better before. My husbands recent TriOral bottles are completely different in taste & effectiveness. Apparently TriOral has been reformulated and now it is not as effective as the previous original formula. Please go back to the ORIGINAL FORMULA which was effective! Also, please redesign a new molded, oblong shaped measuring cup that can sit securely on top of the pump vs. storing elsewhere. This would keep the cup clean & handy for quick use. There always was room for improvement in the cup = "a better mouse trap", but NOT in the formula!

Wondering What Was Wrong?
I thought it was just me but after reading all these reviews about problems with the rinse I guess its not just me.... I have used this product for about 3 yrs and love it. It would last the 12 hrs but now I noticed that something was wrong. please change it back

QVC PLEASE FIX THIS PRODUCT
I have been using this product for years and recently read the reviews and wondered why everyone complained about the taste and ineffectiveness. Now I know! My recent purchase not only does not work effectively, it gives me a sore throat for hours. I beg you, QVC, to work with TriOral on our behalf and return this product to its original formula. We will all stop buying it if you don't.
