TAM WORKS!! I'm on months 7-9 and I have lean muscles all over my body. Many people are complimenting me on my progress. I've lost many inches. I do folllow the food plan 2-3 days per week. I work out 5-6 days per weeks and in heat whenever possible. The second and third cardio CD's are so fun! Create your own playlist to make it even more fun. Mine includes Madonna, Beyonce, Britney, lady Gaga, Rihanna, and lots of fun pop/dance remixes. When I started, I couldn't even do 5 minutes and now I can do all 30 + bonus arms. Don't listen to complaints about editing or lack of instruction. There's a lot of info out there- check out youtube for instruction. Also, I recommend that you read the book. Keep it up... Change happens incrementally and over time but you WILL see results. 03-17-13
Effective Workouts The Tracy Anderson Method is very effective. I've lost a total of 30 lbs since I started Metamorphosis. I'm 5'3, small build and now have successfully reached my healthy goal weight of 113 lbs. Now that I'm on this level, I'm still in awe of how inventive her routines are, she hasn't ran out of moves and my muscles are still getting challenged. A lot of people may have doubts and would speak badly of Tracy Anderson Method, but I highly recommend it. I suggest trying it out and sticking to it. No excuses and no alibis, you'll get the results you want. 08-19-12
Great !! This set of continuity is faster pace but great addition to the metamorphosis you must get the 121-180 first other wise you be lost cause this is the chapter 3 of the series overall you will love the results because you become tinniest you ! (Just keep with it you'll get it ) 06-09-12
Don't waste your money. This collection of DVD exercises is poorly made. There is no explanation of the moves or how many reps you do on each side. Very frustrating. I wish I didn't waste my money on this piece of crud. 05-20-12
Great Method....Poor Editing Because of the bad editing...in order to do these workouts you need to have a remote control in your hand so you can pause.....she switches positions suddenly and before you can get into the position...she is all ready on to the next exercise...so keep your remote handy so you can pause and get into the right position....also she rarely does the same exercise on each side....I'm not sure if she forgets what she is doing or what is going on...the difference is subtle but still it is a difference.......Tracy's Customer Service never responded to my questions.....and the women on her website get angry if you mention the fact her DVDs are not perfect. 04-03-12
