I Love Tracy Anderson Within days u see results with Tracy. It's hard but if u stick with and do the best you can it gets easier and easier by level 4. By 5 and 6 your are smooth sailing and enjoying it. Metamorphosis is really a go to hands down. Will be getting continuity DVD's. 05-29-13
Still Going - I am a TAM LAMB Earlier I wrote a review about the initial Metamorphosis 90 program as a form of meditation due to the challenging positions and the need to "break through the wall" of your own mind. I am almost finished with 121-180 hipcentric and I have seriously never looked better or felt better in my life. My body is much stronger and leaner. Keep in mind that I still do my workouts 3-5 times per week; sometimes with cardio and/or trampoline and sometimes only muscular structure. My energy is fantastic! I am fitting size 4 and lower in many of my jeans and pants. My upper body is toned and I still have my bosoms (hopefully this will print). Some workouts make you look like a man without any feminine lines and features. TAM is the perfect workout for a woman who wants long and lean beautiful curves. If you want the body of a mermaid, do this workout. This is the first time in my life where I have continued a program past 90 days and where my body actually craves to exercise. I feel and look more confident... and my hubby likes it too ;). My recommendation is to find workout songs you love and play those to amp up your workout. I also use the DVDs on my laptop making it easier for me to follow the progression of standing to floor exercises (e.g. from taking my laptop from the table top to the floor). 06-26-12

Editing is bad I love Tracy's Method but these DVDs are not edited properly. The exercises are hard to follow without pausing the DVD at times. I'm told that Tracy was ill during the filming of these DVDs...but it is the editing that is the problem not Tracy's performance. The exercises do not match up in certain spots because of the editing. I have up to the third continuity and the problem occurs in every one of them. I tried contacting Tracy's Customer Service and I was ignored. If you mention the bad editing on her website .....you will be flagged as an unwelcome poster. 04-03-12
Amazing! I love Tracy's method. I am so excited to add this to my program. Yes, her method is unique, that's why I love it. Yes, her method is challenging, that's why I love it! This is unlike anything I have ever experienced before and it rocks! If you follow the program, you will achieve the results that Tracy promises. I love the cardio, it's a nice change from the boring exercise dvds that have been out there forever. If you can count to 4 and 8, then you will be able to do this dance. The moves repeat, so after doing it a few times, I have caught on with no problem. She doesn't talk a lot in the dvd, which I like. I don't need all that extra squawking while working out. She is easy to follow, you just have to give yourself time to adjust to her method. Tracy, I love you, you have transformed my body, I feel great! I am thirty five years old and I feel I have a better body now than I did at 20! I am not overweight, I have just toned up dramatically..thanks to you! Please, don't ever change what you have brought to us, I truly think you are Amazing! 03-31-12
