I have used Tracfones for years and have never had such a frustrating experience. There was some kind of "glitch" setting up the phone and lost all the 1200 minutes,texts and data. I used the information on the red card that came but had to call because it wasn't working. After a LONG time on the phone...not fun...they got the phone to work but said they knew nothing about the 1200 minutes,ect, so I had to buy some just to get this thing to work,it would cost me $100 to replace this. So much for the ease of setting up a Tracfone! QVC,are you willing to make this right??

Very bad phone,the most difficult I ever encounter,even though I'm very good with computers.
Don't buy this phone.

I love tracfone and have had many LG phones but this was the worst. Hard to text, pad is two small, the keys are narrow. Different apps keep popping up....I will be replacing it shortly even though I only had it a few months.
Buying Tracfones on QVC is the best deals so I am waiting for the one I want to come.

After much stress getting this phone to work, I got five minutes of my 1200 used when I got a message on the screen that the SIM was invalid making it unusable. I returned it.

I bought this phone for my Dad and not only did he love it everybody in the family did so I am coming back to buy myself one if you still have them in stock

This is my second TracFone and won't be my last. Great easy to use phone. Excellent customer support. Much easier to pay as you go and carry over minutes than to be gouged by the typical contracts I've used in the past. Great quality, great phone.

This was absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made from QVC. Setting up the thing , which never got completely done, due to Tracphone customer service, was the worst nightmare I ever tried to cope with. I bought this phone for my son, and he was so disappointed. Trying to set the service up for him even messed up my email for I have a Tracphone that is not a smartphone and it took over that email with his email address we created. I like to have never got that straightened out. And the service with Tracphone Smartphone wasn't even as good as the more simple tracphone that I have. You will certainly regret purchasing this phone if you go through anything like I did for nearly a week just trying to get it to work. And you have to go to the internet to get the thing signed up, so what happens if you don't have internet available to do it on. I had no choice but to send this phone back and forget it. Won't ever deal with that again. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. AND, DON'T give it as a gift, they will hate you for it.

I have had my phone for one week and I love It. I am 70 and this is my first phone and am enjoying it very much. It does everything I want it to do and then some. I had no problems activating it at all. I would recommend this to anyone.
