Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good Idea, Horrible Execution I bought two of these for my grandchildren. First of all the toy has no way to turn on/off or control the volume. Second, my daughter said she had to change batteries within two days on both devices. Third, my daughter was not able to set up the devices to work properly on either one of them. These toys are a complete bust!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is ridiculous This looked adorable but have spent too much time trying to get it to work and sadly I am returning it. Right from the start, I would have to remove and reinstall one of the batteries just to get the red status light to glow (instructions say to press any of the buttons) and I never did get it to connect to the wifi. A child's toy should not be this difficult to set up. Fortunately my grandchild received several other toys (that do work correctly) and it won't be missed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product! This thing chews through batteries within a matter of days, and I found this out last minute just before "Santa" is supposed to deliver. I am disgusted at the quality, and no on/off switch. Great idea, but poor execution - this thing is going back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible doesn't work right too hard for kids! Horrible doesn't work right too hard for kids! There is no alert when a message comes across on it so unless your child is pressing the button non stop they won't know you sent them a message so what is the point you could send a message they don't check and never get it because there was no beep or anything to tell them there was a message waiting. Plus its not easy for kids its too confusing my 3 yo cannot do it and even my 5 year old gets confused. To expensive. And half of the time it dod not work for me or took forever to send the message so going back! I got all of them one of each!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Lied On Air Ordered 3 of these for my grandchildren one was truly important to our family due to the loss of our daughter and she left us a beautiful grandson that breaks our hearts each time we need to return him back to his father and this was suppose to help him as much as we wanted it to help us . We loved the thought he could say good night Nana and Nanu, hear us tell him we love and when he’s missing us he would be able to reach out to us all on his own as much as we could too. When they aired this they came out and said there was no cost whatsoever for your phone use, no monthly cost , and like the others are saying that’s the first that fell out of the box that these tiny things were shipped in so very poorly shipped and handled. QVC and it’s shipping of items have gotten so lazy and the customer pays the price for their poor service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ??? The instructions say that it must be linked to the WiFi router located where the toy will be. My plan was to send this to my granddaughter many states away. How am i supposed to program it from another state? The instructions and setup are just too confusing and no phone number to call with questions. This sounded like a cute idea but it’s a bust & will be returned.
