Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Glad I Added These To My Total Gym DVD Library! I'm the type of person who likes to follow videos when I work out on my Total Gym. Rosalie Brown has such a great style of training and she makes it easy to follow along with her. I like that these workouts range in time from 20 to 30 minutes. You get a great workout in a short amount of time. There is also a lot of great information in the Fitspiration guide. I'm so happy with my QVC purchase and they arrived in just a few days!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great workout I almost didn't get these dvds because of the previous review. After much debating I decided to get it, after all I could always send them back. I did the Fountain of Youth workout today and I'm extremely happy with it. Yes the moves are repeated from the other dvds but the difference with these is there is no rest between exercises so you are moving constantly for 20-30 minutes. The workouts that come with the Total Gym have breaks in between exercises or the other workouts are short (6 to 8 minutes). These dvds are 20-30 minutes long, perfect to do during my lunch break and gives me a nice cardio workout. I use these dvds during the week and save the longer workouts that came with my gym for the weekends. I can't wait to try out the Cardio strength workout. Lots of jogging and squatting sure to get the heart rate up.
