Mistake to purchase I purchased this item...it in itself is a good product, the problem lies with TomTom's website. To update maps you must use the sites website and software...that software is currently not compatible with 64bit computers. No where on the packaging or website is this information made known. I tried to update not knowing there was this issue and on my brand new Tomtom it wiped out my maps and I had to send in after a run around with customer service to get a "refurbished" TomTom. This was my second and last Tomtom..Yes they gave me another TomTom but it was refurbished and this is unacceptable considering the problems arose because of Tomtom.. They should make people aware of the website incompatibility with 64 bit computers and they should satisfy their customers by giving them a "new" TomTom...totally displeased. 06-07-12
