Rated 4 out of 5 by from Features How do I get this watch to show the real time running feature that I see displayed? Also can you get it to vibrate when you reach certain miles on your run. Example, at the half mile point can it vibrate or beep?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this watch I bought this watch a little over a year ago. It was my first running watch. The battery life is very good. It's easy to navigate. It is pretty accurate. I really love this watch. I use it a ton.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible user interface The user interface is such a mess that renders the whole thing unusable. You won't ever know what would come up in the screen when you press up/down, let alone find something you want.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from reliable & long lasting I bought this watch in July of 2013 when I was training for my first half marathon so I could track my pace, distance, and time without using a running app. (Note: I didn't buy the heart rate monitor or the version that tracks your heart rate so I don't know how that feature would change any of this.) Almost 4 years later and this watch still works as well as the day I bought it. It has gone on every run since I bought it and I have trained for 4 half marathons and 2 10-milers with it. The battery life is really good, up to the point where it lasts almost a week if I don't run everyday or if I run on the treadmill a few times a week. I really like the treadmill feature, but the distance it gives isn't accurate. Fortunately, there is a way to calibrate your distance so it is accurate, but you have to stop frequently to really calibrate it. (I usually just pause the tracker right as I'm finished running and enter my distance in before I turn the tracking off.) When I do run outside, the watch does take a minute to connect to GPS, especially if I'm in a new area. Once it's connected it stays connected unless you're running in an area where no GPS will work (i.e. any sort of tunnel). I have used this watch to run in 6 different countries and various states throughout the US, so coverage is pretty good worldwide (except for inside the Mt Victoria Tunnel in Wellington, NZ, but from experience you should try to avoid running through it because of all the exhaust from the cars). It records your stats pretty accurately, but you have to upload your data before you can really look at it. Although I did buy this watch knowing there wasn't a way to view much data or see a live map, I wish it had these features! I also wish it had a colored screen and more stylish and work appropriate bands so I could wear it throughout the day more often. Otherwise a great watch for a semi-simplistic runner who likes to track their runs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for! The TomTom Runner watch is a great running GPS watch. It connects quickly (around 1 minute usually) and stays connected during my run. The price point this watch is at is great too, making it accessible for casual runners and serious runners alike. Overall, a really great watch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good value A good watch and GPS. The size of the numbers are huge, easy to read without my glasses. I bought it for running but it has become my every day watch also. I really like it but the one thing I don't like about it is that I cannot get some of the results of a run without downloading the information to my computer. I would prefer to be able to read more data from the watch right after my run. Another problem was that it does not come (nor online either) with adequate instructions on to how to use it. I am still discovering new things on the watch now, six months after I got it.
