Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for a while It was a perfect watch for a while until I wore it in the rain. After that it had water damage, the indaglo stopped working and it had condensation. I tried letting it dry but nothing happened, this needs to be addressed and fixed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really Loved this Watch I really liked this watch, but they have a reputation for the knob that sets the time breaks off, thus rendering the watch totally useless. It was given to me as a gift by my wife. Other than that it was a tough watch. I do have Timex watches a lot older and still running. It is a shame, this one did not take a licking, and it did not stay ticking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch, been in many harsh environments I just ordered my 3rd and 4th models of this watch. The first on lasted through many deployments in the 90's, the second was in Bosnia and Afghanistan through 2011. It also just ground through a deployment to west Africa, the Namib desert and the Sahara. Never had a problem, just changed the battery. I've ordered two because I will give them as gifts now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful water resistance (illegitimate) I went through two watches that both fell victim to water accumulation within the watch face - they both completely died shortly thereafter. I never swam with them, only got them wet in the shower...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great watch I'm presently on my second Expedition Resin Combo watch. I had the first one for a few (I'm guessing maybe 3?) years, then when I went to change the time for DST the crown broke off. Reading the other reviews here it seems this is not an uncommon problem, but I'd had the watch for years, it was beat up, and it seemed to me a reasonable time for something to break. Shopping for a new watch I couldn't find anything I liked more and I bought the same watch again, which I've now had for 4-5 years. I really like this watch; I think the rotating bezel is an excellent feature and one I wish more watches had. I use it daily as a timer. I occasionally look at the day/date, but I don't use any of the other features. It's 4-5 years old and the light still works well. I don't swim with it anymore as it leaks sporadically now and then there is condensation inside, but that happens rarely and never happened for the first ~3 years. I'm shopping for a new watch now because this one is beat up enough it leaks slightly, I'm using a cable tie as a loop to secure the extra band (original loop broke), and the band is coming unglued (it's made of a brown piece of nylon glued to a black piece of nylon; mine is separating). I think I now want a watch without any digital features, but I'll miss this one and especially its rotating bezel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the analog/digital features of this watch I just purchased my 3rd watch. The first one lasted 12 years being used in Montana as my outdoor watch for fishing, hunting, camping, etc. It was finally beat up enough that my wife bought me a second one 6 years ago. Unfortunately the stem broke off when trying to change to daylight savings time. It still works but I am unable to set the time and it will only last until the battery runs out. I have an upcoming trip that will take me several time zones away and I wanted a fullt functional watch that will track the different time zones, so after looking around at other analog/digital watches I came back to purchase mt 3rd Expedition. I really do like the watch I just hope they fixed the stem problem.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware I have had four of these because I think it is one of the most versatile watches out there however the time setting knob breaks each time in the same place. I don't abuse this watch and in fact only change the time for dst and maybe a couple times a year when I travel in other time zones. I love this watch and am very disappointed this has happened yet again!
